14.99 a month paid for subscription 3 days later the scout still does not work. Cant tell if its the 2nd 14.99 charge pending or if the device is junk because you cant activate test or anything because it tries to sell you another subscription. If you want something good buy something else. You cant even get a reply from these people and i have never made contact by phone. HORRIBLE!!! Update i finally got a reply and the ap magically worked first try today. So maybe there was a glitch somewhere if you get not activated messages when you try to locate gps contact them by email and the next day it should
I don't know why there are bad reviews. My Scout works great and flawlessly. I have mine installed on an offroad Jeep in case of theft. But a bonus is u can see recent trails in the history. Cool feature. Love this unit
It would be a 5 star but hate add pop ups. But functions are great product i recommend
Customer service is non existant. I have made multiple attempts to contact someone at this company and received no response. They have no problem taking my money but their product does not work.
I just received my Scout tracker a week ago. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier! Their support team has been very easy to reach. They listened to my input and they are working diligently to make sure I have all the features I need.
Bought and payed for. Not one alert to my phone. Thats what I payed for. I would like to know why? If my bike is stolen, I would never know it. Why am I paying for something that does not work?
This thing worked good but once I got another phone it's a whole different story. It doesn't send any notification no matter what I do with the phone or app settings unless I switch everything off and on. Then it will send an alert never twice, but that's it. Tech support was somewhat helpful, and the "Arm" feature never appeared on either of my phones. Very distracting since I got this for to someone trying to steal my bike hoping for piece of mind. Is give 5+ starts if it worked. Irritating!
