Disappointed. The app hasn't had an update since March 2020. It includes Google Sky, which ceased development in 2011. It doesn't provide a live access to viewing your named star. You get taken to a picture, which isn't even animated! At least you could put a twinkle in the picture of the star that has been named!
Its great that i can "view" my star, however, it doesnt highlight which star in the picture it is. Further to this, the website said this app would "help locate my star"....this is really misleading. I assumed this meant that the app would use my phone camera to help me locate which direction i could actually find the star so i could actually see it in the sky. So disappointed :(
Constantly Crashes! Everytime I try to search for the star I want, the app crashes, rendering it completely useless.
Very poor map of your star literally is impossible to find it in the sky relative to your location. It should pinpoint your star in relative to the location of where you are. I'm trying to find my star and can only see a picture of the sky which doesn't help
Big scam. Registered a star years ago and have just tried to find it using the ISD number on the certificate but it doesn't even exist. You're paying for a piece of paper basically
Picture of Star only, was expecting to be able to find the start relative to my current position but all this gives me is a static map of stars in the sky
It doesn't help you 'find' your star at all. It just shows you pictures of it.
Can't find my star, very upset it is my son very difficult to navigate.....
Useless app. Cannot choose anything, it only shows a list of names.
Good app, but needs a favourite star link so you don't have to keep typing the number in ever time you want to see your own stars
Can't find your star in real-time and if using a real time app you can't locate your star very disappointed

Waste of money. Was meant to be a present. Can't locate the named star in the night sky using the star name or the reference no.

Rather than putting in the reference number of the star..why don't you just ask for the name of the star

Good app. Could be improved by having a dashboard (home) where my star info was automatically loaded without a search. Closer images or artist renderings would be cool too as would ability to find your star in the night sky by pointing phone as some other apps do. Overall good app. Easy on the phone memory and functional.
