I just paid $3 for a week trial, and I can't even send a message, it asks me to pay again!

Eh, I don't know if it's just this weird time we're in with the pandemic but this app really was not helpful. You have to pay to speak with someone or to view photos or apartment listings. No one looking for rooms replied back to me. There needs to be a feature where people can list specific areas they'd like to live and allow longer discriptions in bios and room availability. I paid for 2 weeks until I found something better.

You have to pay an up front fee otherwise the app is useless. Don't care that is minimal cost. There are other similar apps that don't cost a thing. Just very off putting to be required to share cc info and pay these people with no prior knowledge as to how well the service works. Moving on. Byeeeeeeeeeeee bye.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DELETE YOUR AD. WHY? Why would i want my room listed on here if I am not loojing for someone anymore. Everytime I try to change fhe listing, since i cant delete it, the app CRASHES. Also, it says click the plus button to add pictures but there is not plus button and just clicking into space. This app makes no sense at all and is extremely buggy.

they charge you $4.49 a week and it doesnt even load up places. i cancelled it by saying i found somewhere which automatically cancels payments and logs you outve the app (their policy) and they still tried charging me after i cancelled it. Theres no support either to cancel it useless

The app runs well enough, but you can't view anyone's bios or messages them without having a premium account. It's not conducive to the average user.

It needs access to my contacts? Why? I don't need an app snooping through my contacts to find roommates. I can reach out to my own contacta. Sounds like fishy data mining to me. Can't use the app unless I give it permissions to my contacts. NOOOOOOOOOOPE Delete.

I have high hopes for this app but for some reason it won't let me go past the "preferences" screen. It starts to load, then just stops. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Badly designed :( Map doesn't even work. Also barely has any search filters and something as fundamental as profile descriptions are for premium users only.

NOT A FREE APP!!! You cant do anything on the app without being "premium" including LOOKING AT THE DISCRIPTION OF THE ROOM YOU WANT TO MOVE INTO! You cant contact anyone and you cant search for anything. May as well just be a paid app.

Worst App. they're charging each week. but not even a single new listing available other than the first week. also no help menu, no contact number to ask any queries.

Just not a great app. Not worth it, sadly. The search is overcomplicated and doesn't match you properly.

Liked it until i get to the end of the sign up process. You already guessed it i had to be a "premium member to chat". Like dude im uninstalling bc im desperate in looking for a roof over my head. Ill just die instead

Demands access to storage and contacts, which it does not need, and then just wont work after you dont give in to its ways. Be careful, its a data farm.

This app is not user friendly.Took me ages just to upload photos.Once u have found ur match,they will ask u to pay.Less user and less match can be found.I suggest u all use Speedrent or Mudah.my.

I have to let the app have access to my contact list on my phone. That's weird! Uninstall.

for this app to be useful you have to pay for a premium, the whole set-up makes hardly any sense, do not reccomend

I think flatmate is very organised in its data keeping ability. Can’t find a person who has not active for two week. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

During this pandemic, it was getting very difficult to get what I wanted, and this app still provided me with what I wanted.

I signed up for this and they said if I don't find a roommate I'll get my money back. My next fee is due TOMORROW but they took it the day BEFORE without my authorization. I hope to get BOTH payments back by January 15th.

Doesn't tell you until after you've posted everything that you can only communicate with users if you are a premium member.
