Find Taxi

I was satisfied with this app at first.. However, today I booked 5x and not 1 out of 35 drivers responded. Because of the heavy rain, I chose to get a taxi. Not one response and as I took the bus, I was late. I saw numerous taxis driving by on my way to the bus stop which was frustrating enough. Also for the past week I have tried using this app for other destinations and it is not giving me timely responses and therefore I have changed my mind about it due to the drivers not wanting to respond.

There are too many features that aren't relevant, that make the app time consuming and frustrating to use. If you can manage to get a taxi (you often can't), it sometimes doesn't show up. Even if you know where on the map you are or want to go, you usually still have to manually input an address, making the map feature pointless. The time estimates of when the taxi will show up are really off, 3 minutes (it's always 3 minutes) usually means 10-15 minutes. Use Uber instead if you can.

If you are in Taiwan and ever take taxis, you need this app. It makes it way easier and way safer to get taxis. I had so many shady taxi drivers before, but since this app offers some accountability with the rating system that you can see when you pick your driver I haven't had any problems. I've gotten a lot of wonderful drivers through this app. You can also reserve a taxi in advance very conveniently, and can specify certain requirements for a driver (English speaking, non smoking, etc)

App is in English, most of the drivers know some English, and I've never gotten a driver that felt "shady" either. Prices are reasonable as well. A win win in my book. Taxis are better than buses when you have groceries. I don't use the app everyday but when I do, it's perfect.

Have used this app many times in Taichung City, have always found taxis close by so very short waiting times using the "instant" mode. All the cars and drivers we have experienced have been very good and clean, no bad smells. Taxis everywhere should be this good...

Lacks of tutorial and chat translation, but fortunately app is in English so I could manage to navigate around. Used when I'm at Taichung, one trip only costs $85. Would gladly recommend this app to any tourist out there

You need this app if you need to hire taxi in Tainan. You can only hire Tainan taxis by calling the service hotline or using this app. However, I find it difficult to find a driver if I'm at a remote area, so it's rather frustrating at times.

The arrival times are very inaccurate. They claim taxis will arrive within 6 minutes, but almost every time it has been 15 to 20 minutes which has caused me to be late for events even though I should have had plenty of time to get there. It doesn't help the drivers often take longer routes than needed. I have paid NT$20 more in fare than I do hailing my own cab. Also there are never any drivers willing to come. About 75% of my requests are canceled because I got tired of waiting for no responses

Very useful app for local taxi

UI is a bit clunky and too different from all other top ride hailing apps. Could you please follow Google's Material Design guidelines — this will make the app so much more easier to use for everyone.

map is not linked to google, cannot find the direction if uses english address

If you live in Taiwan and you take taxis often this is a great app to use. It does now offer English and will definitely help you get where you're going a lot more easily if you prefer to support taxis rather than Uber

In need of taxi very late at night due to early flight. Able to book taxi easily. The driver was polite and helpful. The app is very good so far.

Doesn't work at all. It keep asking to verify phone number and when click next comes out with message of system error. Rebooted and reinstall multiple times with the same results

very easy to use, essy to communicate with drivers. csn even setup scheduled trip reservations. seems tl also have a credit card payment system

i live in Taiwan and i haven't quite learned the language, this app is great for getting me where i need to go fast and without any problems i use it probably 5-8 times a week and never has left me stranded. just install it

Initially wasn't clear on how to navigate around the app. After exploring, it's easy and convenient to call for a taxi.

this app works great while traveling in Taiwan. however, just found out it's in English despite my inputs in Chinese. drivers have a hard time understanding.

Driver was on time and was very professional. This was after midnight when I signed up for the app and it gave me no issues. Highly recommend.

Good App. Allows a person with none Taiwan cell number to register(I have a US cell number), a huge plus. Also, you can sign in through Google, another advantage.

The app's English interface makes it really easy to use and the driver was very friendly and efficient.

This app helps me lot when i'm travelling alone or with friends but not proficient in Chinese Language. Excellent app.

Uber-like app for taxis. The taxis and drivers are you get through this are cleaner and more pleasant than a what you encounter when getting a taxi the traditional way.

Easy to use in Taiwan here with English language. Not sure whether any option to download invoice for completed trips.
