I'm deeply concerned after a few hours! If my wife takes the car, my phone and the key finder are removed from each other, and both kick up a stink. This feature is a menace! Pushing the button seems to quiten the key finder, but all I can do with the phone is turn down the media volume. And these both seem to be a prob even with the key finder turned off. There may be a way around this but so far I have not found it!! (The instructions are to the standard expected today, ie unintelligible!)

Junk. I bought 4 pairs. I tried one out and it didnt work. It powered on but wouldnt power back off. I thought maybe I'd have better luck if I tried a different one...and after trying all 8 of them, I cant get a single one to do anything whatsoever. I cant even power them off. I also bought a Tile today and tried it out. The Tile is excellent. I'm going to return these junkets in the morning and buy more Tiles. The instructions and help for Elfi is also horrible.

App needs a lot of improvement. first if you clear all your recent apps this app stops working and you would have to reconnect to the device. Second if you switch to camera or record mode before minimizing the locate the phone feature (double clicking) the burton does not trigger the alarm. Third rather than using a separate camera app, I would have preferred to use this with the default camera app. The device works as expected.

fantastic! bought the device on aliexpress. The bad reviews are people who think it's a global tracker, its not. These bluetooth devices are design to alert you when you leave something behind and something is taken from you. The device is designed to beep and alert your phone the minute the bluetooth connection is broken (about 10m). If you want a long range tracker you need a device with an internal sim card with a prepaid account. This device works exactly as it was intended to well done dev.

Either the software/hardware/both are an engineering fail. I was able to pair 1 device, but not the second. When I closed the software and re-opened, the paired device was missing and neither will pair now... Going to ewaste. Based on the GooglePlay reviews this is 99% of people's experience. Developer is a con-artist taking advantage of a need and delivering a product that doesn't fulfill it in anway.

Itek tile "clone attempt" from home depot. Great price, unusable design. First fail is that the device has can be powered off. The power button must be held for a few seconds so I was willing to overlook this. Second fail is that as soon as the app is closed or your phone is turned off the device beeps for 30 seconds or so. The final fail is that after rebooting phone the device disconnected itself and wouldn't reconnect until tracker is rebooted, which you won't be able to do if it's lost :/

Absolutely hate this product. Has a mind of its own. Instead of beeping the locatore on the remote, it would sound off a terrible loud alarm on my phone. I would turn it off or try to turn the sounds down on my phone and it would turn the sound up all on its own. That's just the worst problem. The list goes on and on.

I just found out from most of the reviews that it didn't work or the device could not be paired up with the phone and that's the same problem I had but it turned out to be that I didn't take off the plastic tape which covers and prevents the battery from turning on. The problem is the instruction manual didn't not mention that the plastic label has to be taken out before it can work. Please also to remember to switch the Chinese map to Goggle map. Don't forget to turn on the alarm.

Only giving it one star because there isn't an option to give it any less. This is useless it was sold as a key or equipment locator except it doesn't so anything of the sort. You have to leave the app open 24/7 or the alarm goes off on the keys and if you close it then you lose your connection. Absolute garbage.

I got 2 of these for my pets. The alarms randomly go off even if i am standing right next to my pets with my phone on me. It also tries to connect to anything around which has bluetooth which means i end up with a long list of devices which i cannot delete. Unfortunately i dont recommend this product.

I got 3 devices for this app, one was free. They all work. Rather inconvenient way to disconnect them without setting off an alarm. Takes getting used to. I find the GPS function useless. I like that they don't work off a whistle but instead this app. I will make use of this! Thanks!

Purchased thinking it worked. NOT! Package comes with 2 units. Followed instructions & connection was good. Use was TERRIBLE! Units disconnect by themselves & app keeps failing every time you choose an option. I think the units are good but the software or firmware is bad bad, yeah (x2)

Dont like that I can't close the app and for to be running in the background so that the tile doesnt make noise, also it disconnects by it self randomly and the alarm from the tile rings, happen to me at 2am, might uninstall and return :/ Liked the idea for it, but it needs those bugs fixed.

absolute rubbish. I bought 2. one didn't work, as in alarm didn't go off when set. second one seemed ok, till put to the test. Long range alarm sounds when still on lead! goes out of range within a few feet so pointless. don't waste your money.

This is older version. Vender can't advise on where to get upgrade. so, some features do not work. App is rather hard to set up. Since, instructions are skimpy and incomplete , and included instruction font is really small. I had to enlarge font 200% on my HP copier to read it. FIND EIFI: 1)With only one keyfab activated, you can hear any pre selected tone/sound. with two keyfabs activated, the only sound used is the beeping sound. WHY? 2) What is "FLEX" FOR?

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! It's a waste of your time. It doesnt pair all it does is beeps constantly that's it. So the app is as useless as the device. Cheap for a reason. Sold as a key finder I wasted more time on this then I ever have looking for misplaced keys. The reviews on here are correct. TERRIBLE PRODUCT TERRIBLE APP!!

Just like almost everyone else, neither device worked for me. According to the help in the app, I'm supposed to press and hold the button on the Bluetooth tracker device for 3 seconds & the LED should light & then beep when connected to the app. I have no light, no beep, & the app can't connect at all, so its alarm goes off & then it tries to reconnect again. The help says I should check the battery. Well, I open the little case and there is no battery - accessible at least - just a little board

Short range AUDIO ONLY LOCATOR !! Has to be paired with your phone at all times. Once the App is turned OFF on your phone , you loose connection. Also, there is no Security features on this . The App will connect and Show other trackers in the area !!!

having the same problem on android. Even with the alarm turned off, the fob keeps alarming every time it loses connection with my phone, so every time I walk to the living room. The find my keys function works fine, if you can fix the other issue it would be great.

App is very simple but works correctly.. Tags need good batteries. Bluetooth must to be turned on constantly (nowadays it does not need percievable energy). Most users simply DO NOT UNDERSTAND what is this device for. It is simple, cheap and effective. It is not a full fledged GPS tracker.

Not Good, if I could give no stars I would. Personaly it needs a lot of improvment, This was sold as a pet tracker, Well its not, First I could not find the correct battery. It is not waterproof, so not suitable for dog's. The only use is for my car keys. Not a bad idea, just needs to be better. Plus side, it was easy to set up.

Totally useless. Tracker connects but doesn't sound alarm when triggered, not does the remote camera function work. The only time the alarm sounds on the tracker is when you shut down the app meaning it has to be kept open all the time to be any use. Avoid.

Not a practical solution, which is a shame. When the device lose connection to the phone they beep. Put them in your pocket and they beep. Switch off your phone and they beep. Close the app and they beep. It is a shame that the programmer hadn't thought through the usability. They might be usable for something but for now all four are powered off.

Silliest thing ever. I got a free "Ford Key Finder Anti - Lost Alarm" at the South Florida Fair. The instructions in the box are tiny, tiny, tiny, like maybe 2pt font? They are also in very broken English. They instruct me to download FindElfi. I can't get it to work, so I'm uninstalling and throwing the contraption out. I'm surprised a big company like Ford would depend on such horrible software for its marketing.

This app does not work. Once the app connects to the tracker, it will not stop alarming. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting tips, it could not be resolved. I will be returning this as soon as possible. Very disappointing.

I purchased a key finder from Home Depot. The App has a poor and outdated looking GUI and the tracker consistently drops signal. Both the phone and the key tracker go off intermittently throughout the day if I continue to snyc after they dropped connection from one another as well.
