I'm a bus driver for Greenlink and I use this app often to let customers know where a specific bus is. Since the last update, the refresh rate and loading has been extremely slow. It is a bit embarrassing waiting three minutes to help one person when time is of the essence. Please fix the issues so everyone can utilize it the right way.
This is a very useful app to know arrival times and to avoid having to wait in bad weather or if there are any delays. I use and now depend on it every day. There are some issues with frequent 'app keeps stopping' notifications but all appears ok when accessing the app.
This app works ONLY half the time, if that. Takes forever to load... and then frequently cannot find any vehicles (buses). The app is amateur at best and unusable at worst. The 9/2021 Update is WORSE than the original!!
This is not an improvement. It doesn't show the stops and it doesn't tell you how many minutes the bus will be to get to you. What is the point in having your app if you can't tell when the bus comes. And to even pull it up takes minutes to do. If it's not broke don't fix it. You should use the old app the way it was worked
WAS able to know what time the bus would appear, as well as other busses when you click their area, or destinations.... Not anymore. The update they have now... it barely tells you ANYTHING... Most definitely NOT the best update. I hope yall can understand the problem here.
I could've rated 0 but there isn't one. Post the updates this application is difficult to understand and it crashes a lot. It does not work in the morning at all
Half the time this app says "no vehichles found" and then will randomly show working busses and stop working again. It would be great if someone fixed this.
Incorrect location and times. Waited for a bus that it said was 10 minutes away. At the end of the 10 minutes which it counted down each minute, no bus and the time on the app now read 50 minutes. The people across the street said the bus passed by 15 minutes prior. Called the depot and a betty unpleasant woman basically gave a rude version of oh well. I don't know what's worse, an app flaw that potentially costs patrons their jobs or the stereotypical female government worker with a bad attitude working with the public in customer service.
Never used this app might needs to keep it but sense I'm not sure if I needed to keep that app in my phone anyone's guess hate the application.what wrong with just keeping the payment's like the greenlink buses in southern Greenville SC.
This is exactly what I need to conveniently combine public transportation with the long walks I take around town.
This app is horrible you should have left it the way it was cause at some point it won't even load up so you don't know where your bus is
This app doesn't work well and loads very slowly. Its useless.
right now it's not working and now I have no idea about when it's coming in Greenville sc this is a must have to get to work.and to.get home cause u never know when the bus is coming its always late so this app helps so u dont stand somewhere waiting forever please fix this app Greenville sc bus needs This to.work everyday ty
95 percent of the time this app does not work. Very unreliable.

This should be available on laptops and computers not just phones.
They need to just bring back the old version because I'm a student trying to get to school from ny new new apartments I rode it through all of middle school so I used the app before but it uses to show where the closest stop was. It had a plan trip option where it showed which busses I needed to get where I needed to go and how long it would take the buses to get to me. But now it just show the routs with no more information.
