Terrible app! Takes forever to load "important" files then when it loads if it loads it freezes!!! Disappointed!

My daughter was so excited to play this, I finally folded today and bought it, and the app force closes immediately on the level select screen. we didn't even get to play the first level, and this is on a phone running Android 6.0. fix this or remove your app from the app store please

At first the purchase didn't get through several times. Or that's what I thought. The cost has been taken out of my account 5 TIMES!! Luckily it was refunded to PayPal. Still, then the game could not even be downloaded to any of our android devices!! My advice: stay well clear of this.

What is wrong with this app??it doesnt even load. And when it does,it stops then hangs. I had to take out the battery good thing it's a galaxy j1.
Waited and waited and refund was requested. WiFi was on and it didn't help.
Game takes forever to run, but even after going through the troubleshooting guide on the website, game still closes before we can play it. My son did chores to earn this game and now can't even play it. Will be getting a refund, which is really sad.
