Really easy to use, a lot more straight forward than other popular travel apps. Not only am I sharing our trip, but it keeps an excellent log of my holidays - better than just 100s of photos with no description. Anyone who wants to view your trip needs to create an account (OK - I've got this wrong, thanks for pointing this out, Tobias & Co). I will be using this app alot in a post COVID world!

Great app, but doesn't seem to manage multiple editors at the same time. We are travelling with the family and both my wife and I try to keep the travel up to date. When we both had updates pending, the app devised to go back to an earlier version and a range of previous updates disappeared.

excellent. you don't have to pay to use it and there are no ads. the app is very fluid and rich of options for the trip. the profile and the trip layouts are absolutely adorable! i love it

After playing around with it, it seems like a great app, that has cool functionalities like offline editing and an interactive map. The handling is not always supernintuitive but I'll get used to that with more experience. The only thing that I find odd, is that when I set a trip to "Close friends only" the visibility stays the same from a different device, no matter if I use the "share link" or "share private link". Shouldn't be there a difference?

After trying several apps Find Penguins ticked all the boxes...easy to use, good helpline. Works offline. Can edit and post drafts at leisure!

Super fun to use. An adventure if you've already traveled a bunch and want to add your trips but definitely enjoying the process.

First time user return four-day trip from Tucson (AZ.) to Chiricahuas. Worked very well when in range of cellular signal. Out of range? Messages stored as Drafts. Let's see what happens on our four month trek. So far, so good.

Easy to use. You can edit from multiple devices. Smooth import of photos! Love the map and weather functions.

Excellent travel map. You just need to allow uploading of KML files from Google maps without coverting to GPX

I am using the app to get familiar with it before our trip. So far, it is friendly to use. I haven't found anything major I don't like. I've downloaded a lot of travel apps that I can take pictures and this appears to be the best for me.

This app is just so amazing!! Intuitive, beautiful layout, and offers you the possibility to print out high-quality books with a few clicks. Customer service also top notch when I had questions. I've used it across 65 countries over 10 years and can't think of travelling without it, writing my journal off line and posting it when it's all pampered. Thanks Findpenguins, a hell of a treat for us travellers!

Well, well... I came across number of travel apps and Findpenguins is right at the top of the list. It's perfectly designed and very easy to use. Printed photobooks look amazing and they are a great value for money. Customer service surprised me with a prompt, helpfull answer to any question I had. An 'A+' grade from me guys and I'll make sure this app travels with me everywhere I go. Perfect!

Just getting started with the app. It seems really user-friendly. I love it so far!

I have been using Find Penguins for several years now for several overseas trips and find it an excellent way to journal our travels and share them with friends and family back home. I upgraded to premium about a year ago which allowed for videos to be uploaded with footprints. I ordered a book and was pleasantly surprised with the quality although the format is a bit limited with some photos a bit smaller than I like. It is a great travel app and look forward to our next trip.

Just starting to use it and seems simple and fun to use but doesn't seem to sync with emails and pull your bookings through automatically like other apps unless I'm missing something?

My review: Great app. 'Load photos from Google Photos' option only available on phone? Your answer is to tap the + sign in "new footprint" screen, then click "More Options" On my laptop, when I click '+ Footprint', there is no 'More Options'. There is only '+ Attachment'. When I click that, there is only 'Choose Photo', then from 'My Computer'. No choice of Google Photos. This seems only available on my Android phone. I was asking if this is correct. That the Google Photos option is only on the phone. Otherwise send me a video or even a screenshot of the right screen or button, please!

We travel in many remote places and often make drafts ready to go when in we reach internet service. We had some ready to go when the app decided a new log in was required. After doing so the drafts had disappeared. Feeling very angry, because they take lots of time and effort to prepare. I assume it was because we hadn't done the latest app update. Not happy.

Its a great app and the closest thing to a travel tracker I could find which also maps out your experiences. Only downside is that you can't upload photos and update text after posting your footprints. I'd love to turn it in to a "create as you go AND update after the fact" travel companion.

App too difficult to do - took 2 weeks to figure it out - should have step by step instructions

I'm really loving this app. It's perfect for our needs. We wanted an easy way for friends/family to be able to follow our travels when we go south for the winter in our trailer. I love that they can see where we are in real time. It makes me feel safer and we don't have to purposely tell someone right where we are in case of emergency. Also you can add as many pics and words as you want. At the end of your trip you can have all the posts printed into a book! I'm really excited about that.

So Easy to set up and get started. And so easy to use on the road. Most of the time I do not have access to WiFi but I can use my cell service on my phone or tablet. So much easier than having to create a whole blog page. Sometimes I just add a photo and save it in draft form so I can add text later.

Very good app! It does everything it says it does and is very, very helpful. There was a bug and they fixed it! I don't have much to say other than it's very good! Old review - Very promising app. I am sure that it would be very good if it isn't for a glitch which doesn't let me add footprints. Please fix this, it looks like a cool app.
