FindYourWay with Amtrak

What a piece of junk. Allegedly it will provide help on Amtrak. However, I THINK, it only provides information at New York Penn station, and confusedly at that. While sitting at home, to search the app requires bluetooth to be turned on. It seems as if the developers never tried to use their own creation. If they did and are satisfied, they should at least provide a useful explanation as to use it

This app was great to find my way around the station. I'm very impressed with how well the navigation worked inside the station (underground) and would love to know how they accomplished this technically. Great job

The app requires you to "personalize your experience" by entering your name before you can use any features. Every time I attempt to enter my name, I get the same error popup: "Failed to save user on server. Please try again."

Only shows the schedules for Penn Station. From the app name and description I was hoping for a more expansive app, with my local station schedule.

The tutorial doesn't explain how to change the station you're looking at. I've gone through and through the app and can't figure it out.

The app supposedly posts arrivals and departures.Not true!! When you select either category you get a blank screen.

had to repeatedly install app to even get it to load map, never did work reliably at NY Penn Sta.

could not set up " failed user by server" uninstalled. Tried to notify developer but Google tells me they don't have an email. Disappointed

Didn't work. Setup kept saying "can't save name on server" (tried it again 6 months later - same error)

Location does not work, app is very limited and hard to understand and use

I enjoy my trip I had a safe trip everything was really nice and everyone was courtesy and I would love to take another trip on Amtrak thank

I'm on vacation in Europe, wanted to plan travel on my return, absolutely worthless app

Gr8 app for one spot penn station tht all i need will uninstalled it once iam finished with it after it tell me gate to board on the train tht it

Have to pick from a list not what you want outside the listing

Can't even complete the setup to start using the app.

Came here looking for tickets, found a (ONE) station well-detailed map.

App won't let me in!

Waste of time of not at Penn Station, if you are not going to provide info for more than one place, then name it with that locale, not as a general info app! Also, links open a browser, if I wanted to open a browser to find my info, I would have done that in the first place.

Seems to have been paid for by the stores in the station because that's about all that shows up on the map. I tested a search for Long Island Railroad.....nothing. LIRR got me a few of their ticket machines. Not even the main ones by their waiting room or ticket office. Waste of time.

Penn station is a complex building, I am rarely there but when I am it always confused me where to go. I used the app once and it was very simple and intuitive. Too bad it's only in this location though.

It's an incredible app, very user friendly, and quick to navigate. Has a search feature to help you didn't what you want.

Sitting in Amtrak waiting area and can't get past setup screen on my Pixel Android phone. Some sort of Bluetooth issue maybe?

Only Penn Station? No others? Stupid, since it asks for phone and geo location.

Intuitive app that allowed me to easily navigate the vastness of Penn Station. Found food for trip..nothing better than being on the right track, food in hand.
