Considering the highland pipes are a just tuned and not a chromatic tuned instrument this doesn't help in tuning bagpipes.
I set the Hz as directed and never got anywhere near that. Each time I tried on the same note I got a radically different reading.
I have been playing the pipes for half a century. This application is utterly and completely useless

This new app is perfect. The Automatic note selection feature is great and makes it interesting to use. Its just wow!
Okay, good start. When I tune my bagpipes I would like to set the meter to read low A for its actual value. On a pipe it's usually in the 470s to 480s. Once the meter is set, relative pitch of each note can be measured. It would also be helpful if the reading for high a and the tenors and bass to read in the 470-480 range even though they are octaves apart. These changes would make this app very useful for a bagpiper.
App with constantly lock up on me and I have to restart it would never probably work
