I have tuned and even set up the intonation of guitars using this app. After comparing the intonation of my guitar (after setting it up with this app) to a professional tuner. There was no offset, so very accurate.
It's not picking up the notes properly. I think it can't distinguish the main note from the undertones, so it switches back and forth between notes on certain strings
It isnt correct all the time , sometimes it gets the notes wrong . Also it is difficult to understand this app beacuse the needle keeps flikering and doesnt stop so idk how to understand which note it is if it keeps flickering all the time .
Chromatic tuner hurt itself in its confusion. Trying out several tuning apps atm, with a flute. This one picks up the first two or three notes I play, I move up an octave and my C suddenly becomes a G (even an out of tune C is definitely not a G on a flute). I think I broke the poor thing, it's just throwing random letters at me now.
Doesn't work. It might be too sensitive as the needle won't settle and jumps around at every tiny sound. Will work fine if you live in a vacuum.
Goes fine. Not that accurate in my opinion. Doesn't hear a low A# and lower. I use mainly open tunings. Bought the app. Does look grea for the eyes though.
Frankly: The developer is an idgit. App works alright-ish. Not accurate, but decent ball-park estimate...between c2 and c4!! The inter-chordal intonation was thrown out of whack on every instrument I used this with, and I busted 2 strings (against better judgement) b/c of crappy programming. Either dev owes me $19, or that was my 'wisdom tax' and I saved y'all a $20.
It is slow and doesn't work properly after 3-4 turns which makes the process frustrating. Kindly work on this issue.
Would be a nice app if it wasn't so laggy. Constantly freezes...albeit temporarily...but just when you need it. (Galaxy S9+ / Android 9)
Best guitar tuner I've used yet. Simple, easy, not bombarding me with ads, not asking me to pay for a premium version just so I can tune something other than EADGBE. Very good
I was tuning my bass guitar and the tuner was constantly jumping around. A person would have better luck tuning by ear. Would not recommend.
Always freezing on one note when trying to tune. Picks up weird notes, that are no where close.
Always love the look and the utility. I don't normally leave reviews but this has been my go to app for tuning for years.
Ads do not go away after purchasing ad removal, and the app is not specific enough to be useful.
Thanks this one is the best. I tried 4 others before this and they don't work so well on different size 🎸 guitars including my guitarlele. Best Best Best that is a yes yes yes.
Works accurately for only the most out of tune guitar. Everything else you're screwed.
A simple and smart tuner for me. Its very fast and awesome. I used this app evertime I tuned my guitar. Thanks for making this app.
It cant seem to decide what note it's hearing. I plucked my e string and it jumped between g# and c without ever settling. Immediatly uninstalled.
It works exactly as it should if you have the knowledge to use it properly. Great job, team!!
Tried tuning my guitar, couldnt even get the e string, since it jumps around from note to note
Not accurate and not sensitive enough. Basically worthless for a guitar
Harder to tune but more accurate. Not for beginners
It is very nice for music player for tune any instrument I play tabla so I most need this app
It works great... very few ads. No complaints.
Such a simple but effective app.. use it all the time! Thank you!
Lol if folks "know" the note is not correct then why do they need a tuner. I know perfect and relative pitch exists. But yeah. Yeah huh!
this is the best app to tune a tabla. it gives the right sur( pitch).
The Best for guitar tuning. Never had any issues with it
It is easy to use always accurate Easy to see
Dont understand the negative reviews. It starts fast, shows a needle around the closest note. What more do you want? Of course the needle dances and jumps to other notes. Dedicated tuning devices do this too. The real world is full of harmonics and noise...
