The app is good for checking balances, but no transaction history shows up on your credit card unless you check it on a PC. The internal transfers options also make it difficult to put money specifically towards principal. It's not a bad app, but certain features need modernizing.

The app has constantly been crashing, multiple times everyday for the last few weeks

Easy to use app for internal transfers, payments and viewing accounts. I like having the option of how they are listed to make it more personal! The optional extra security features are the sprinkles on top of a great app.

Not very impressed. App is very basic. I cannot see my transactions for the visa credit card, not overall user friendly based on its structure. More of a basic App experience.

Completely awful app that includes numerous crashes and makes you change your password WAY to much. Love the bank, this app can take a long walk off a short pier though...

The app was working great. Now it will open for a second then shut down. Cleared my cache and reinstalled it. Nothing works. Now have to drive all the way to the bank just to see my balance. :(

I can no longer use this app since the new Samsung update. I have deleted it anx re-download it several times and still won't work. It won't let me send a report either to have the bugs fixed

I've been using this app for two years and it has worked great. My only recommendation is that a comment field get added to the internal transfer tool. I would like to add a comment for future reference as to why I made the transfer.

New customer.... Love the app. It's easy with mobile banking and everything is at your finger tips. Nice people at the branch office too.

Very easy to use this app with no delay s! Also staff in office are very polite and helpful in person or on the phone! I'm very happy all around!!

im really happy with this app, its all the information i need right there. i had to get it on my new phone when my old one stopped working. its so simple there really isnt much to complain about

haven't tried depositing a check via the app yet, but everything else (making transfers, checking transactions, etc) is seamless and precise

This app is so great!! Easy to use. Transfering money is so easy and the check deposit is so user friendly. Best app I have for my mobile banking!

Can't interact with the app at all, once open. Can't even access my account because my touched aren't being registered.

Download this app at least 15 times and it does not work and is bs worked fine on my iPhone but not at all on Android this needs to be fixed

Been with this bank for almost 20 yrs. Love the people and the convenience of being able to check my bank account. This app is so easy to use.

Very good app. If I could see the transactions on my credit card I would give it 5 stars, but I have to go to the main site to see that.

works great!! Until I did the August 2021 update and now it won't log in at all.

Very convenient, sometimes won't open, but usually because it's updating.

I've only been using the app a short time, but, so far, so good. If it continues to perform well, l will update my rating to 5 stars.👍

App is completely unresponsive to tapping on the screen, in any form.

Works great. Still working as advertised. I do most of my banking on the mobile app.

I love how easy it makes banking with FLFCU. I can see all my information easily.

I wish it was still supported on android 5.x. but the app does work well for account access.

Wish it showed balance at time of transition like it does in Pittsford federal credit Union's app

So easy to use .... wouldnt it be great if the rest of our banking could be so easy.
