New app???? It opens with a list of things you can do on the app, except you cannot access anything! It just stays on that page. Nothing to scroll to, nothing to click on. Been like that since fh parted ways with webbank several weeks ago... fix the app already!!! No. The app only opens to a page that tells what you can do on the app, that's it. Cannot do anything else, nothing to click, tap, slide to move on. Been like that since it updated on my phone

The app keeps signing me out and if you are using it to browse through the products they offer it starts freezing and will only give one search result whenever you search for specific items and backs you out to the main page whenever you click the back button in the app or the built in back button on the phone to go back to your search results. Just use the website.

Fingerhut is a good site, I got my switch and smart watch on there. The app, not so good. The old app, while it had flaws, it worked. This new app a majority of the users can't even log in, myself included, as soon as we hit "sign in" it freezes. There are several reviews saying the same thing and the only thing being suggested is to uninstall and reinstall the app, but that doesn't fix the problem. Fortunately I know how to use a browser to continue accessing my account! Smh.

The old app was fine. Was able to login and pay on my card. Now I can't get into it all. It just freezes. I uninstalled it then reinstalled to no avail. Plus I bought a laptop from yall and it is so slow that it freezes half the time, so now I barley use it. With the price I'm paying for it, you'd think it would be brand new. But it works like it's refurbished and not very well. Once I get the card paid off I'm never using it again. Not a very happy or satisfied customer.

Previous app was slow, search was terrible, and the new updated app is just froze on the home screen. I originally got into Fingerhut because it's a good card for building credit further. However as time has progressed average item you will pay 3 times the price, so half I could justify, but 3 times more when your paying interest insanely on top of it.

Never ever had a problem with the old app and had it for 3 or 4 years. The new app is trash. It never works and never let's you past the screen that tells you what the new Fingerhut does. So frustrating! Some things are worth leaving as-is!

Horrible experience shopping for men's shoes and clothing, click on a certain item that is appealing then try and go back when you are 8 pages in and it throws you back to the home page every time, even when you "Filter" your search. This is so aggravating that I immediately stop looking and sign out of Fingerhut which means Fingerhut will ultimately lose money unless they correct this major issue, asap!!!

This app has always been a bit frustrating; navigating through pages is slow and often incorrect, if the link works at all. This last update is a white screen...that's all. Nothing happens. Nothing loads. Uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Zero difference. Hoping it is resolved very soon.

Old app was just fine, and functional. New app just freezes up when I try to sign in. It freezes immediately when you hit sign in. I uninstalled the app then reinstalled it. Still not functional at all. I loved the ease of use from the old app. Might pay my bill and find a better one. Sad been a loyal Fingerhut customer for years, and my family total over 40yrs.

I've been using this app for over a year and all of a sudden, the new update is frozen on the screen that tells you what you can do. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and STILL can't get into my account. I guess I won't be able to pay my bill or my mother's bill since neither of us can log in. Thanks for the sorry update!!!! 😡😡😡

Fingerhut just pulled a rather scammy stunt. They closed my account and opened a new one. This resulted in the account I've been paying on being reported as "closed" on my credit reports and a new account being reported. This change alone caused my scores to drop 125+ points on a Sunday afternoon. When your biggest advertising point is this helps build credit, this is unacceptable and shady at best. Fingerhut is way overpriced and doesn't even make good on their one useful feature.

This app is sooo sorry 😞. Why did you'll ever change it. I have been trying to pay my bill but this mess is frozen. I uninstalled it & reinstalled it & I got the same thing again. I do not like this app. It is freezing up on the (Welcome page). I can't get to the screen to put in my email due to this.

It's okay if you have somewhat poor credit to start out it will help you to build better credit as long as you make payments on time it works well I've continued to make payments now on time for quite some time and I've noticed that my three scores that they base things that have improved so in general it's probably worth it

It's only good for my credit report. This app is horrible to navigate through. Customer service for Fingerhut is pitiful. Update 5/11/22, fingerhut closed my previous account and opened another one under "fetti." So now the credit I have been building with Fingerhut is void because the grantor closed the account that I was making on time payments on. The new account in my name has added extra to my credit report that is damaging. I can't close it either without more damage happening to my credit

App does not respond like a app in 2022 should, you have to click the word instead of the surrounding section it's in for it to register, and if I click on a item then want to go back to the same category where I left off it makes me go and retype what I was already looking at instead of sending me back to the list.

The app was great...until it updated to the fingerhut fetti set up. Now every time I go to log in, it just freezes on the log in screen and doesnt do anything. So I have to go to the website to access it because the app it basically useless now..

Wow I feel horrible reading all these bad reviews. I'm new and just opened the app the account and everything. So far it's super user friendly. I verified if I could set up my payment methods, security questions and see everything that's important to be on top of my account. So far so good. It's easier to use and visually appealing than other banking apps. I hope the reviews start going up and you get the 5 stars you deserve

As of late if I could give you 0 stars I would!!! Our family has been fingerhut customers off and on for more than 10 years. And know I can't even get back on line with you all. Because I'm trying to reset the damn password, and you never contact me, and yes I do check my spam mail!! And I will not buy anything from a magazine that doesn't have the prices in it!! As sad as it is because it's your own fault. I need to give you my email on my phone, because this app isn't compatible with my tablet

I have been a Fingerhut customer for years. The last app was slow but at least it was accessible. I installed the new app, then the update, and can only see a white screen when I try to use it!

Cannot get past the first welcome screen. Latest version just downloaded. Phones software up to date. Tried restarting phone. Nothing. Samsung Galaxy 20Fe. I've tried everything they've suggested and it still doesn't work. I give up and give up on Fingerhut since I only pay my bill and shop from my phone. What a shame.

Can't log in. Come on, need to do better. I've been a customer for over 7 years and this is the best app we can get?!?!? Fingerhut should not be charging late fees if people can't log on to their "new" app. I don't and never had a late fee because I pay early and more than my minimum payment but if you can't log in, you shouldn't charge a late fee to people that can't log in.

**UPDATE**- Latest update is HORRENDOUS & the 1st time I have had problems with the app! I have un/re-installed several times, DOESN'T HELP! After I hit "get started", it consistently gives me a blank white screen that I cant do anything with. Will reinstall & change rating back to 5 star when FIXED! --------------Best company! Have had this app since last November and had no problems thus far! Have also seen my credit go up 90 points since then. Thank you so much for the fresh start, Fingerhut!

I was able to log in to my app successfully within the last week, to check my balance and due date of my next payment. Today, when I tried to open it and make a payment, I was prompted to download the updated version, I'm guessing due to the Fetti changes. Now, I can't log in. It just sits there after I enter my user name and password and tap "Sign In" ... no matter how long I wait, it just hangs. If Fingerhut is trying to make things easier for their customers, they've really missed the mark.

I've downloaded this....not sure as to why I keep being asked to download.. on top of that...I can never log on.......I gotta go through my email to get it to open.... . Tried making a payment, doesn't let pick an option to pay different amount....what is the issue?? I log on and it just sit and won't let see anything. ...I hit account and does nothing

This app installs. Opens and you can do anything. You just see the welcome tab with no buttons to do Anything! What a mess if your having a sweepstake that gives you points for paying ans ordering thru the app! I just knew I was winning this clear marketing ploy to download an app That Doesn't Work! Holy cow.

If I could give this app is 0 I would or even a -10. I installed the app it tells me what I can do but it will not go from the initial page. If you look up Fingerhut anyting it always goes to that same page and no further. I guess if I cannot get in to their website or anything they won't get paid.

Very poor. When you open the app you can't navigate anything. Prefer the other app. You can't see the bottom of the page to press a start button or anything. It will not let you scroll up or down.

The app hasn't worked since y'all updated it. You can't get passed the login screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either Update: It's working now, I appreciate the quick response
