Instead of surfing to the buttom and nowhere to see. If you know what I mean. And add Product Like feature, showing that how much people clicked Liked love button at every product. So we will know. Install the app on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro and try to use it for the first time. Here are my findings: 1. Laggy and not responsive enough. 2. After loading the screen, not able to dismiss message. 3. Not able to navigate to any screen as it did not response to any of my touch. Even to view product, i'm not able to do so except for scrolling up and down the main page.

No direct call center for asking. Need to wait connected system only. And they reply message by message that is not efficiency response. Application is complicated and not functional. It is creepy that payment not synchonize with credit card system. You need to remember bank account and manual transfer money and send print screen to them. Synchonize system is creepy also both of sync to recommend people and group sale purchase. I lost both of them. Not recommend to use this app.

You need to step up your game. The interface looks good at most but the app itself has issues with lag. The items e.t.c. available are very limited compared to others. All in all, it's a good app for first timers and for those who wanted some side money in a way.

Good for earning monies but still need to learn a lot from other shopping apps like shoppee n etc. Its better to open review section for every items there. So that shoppers not having doubts to purchase your items. They need to know whether its worth to buy or not. Besides, it still lack of items choices. I was searching for study table but what shows up was not what i am searching for... quite disappointed about that.

Fingo have add many items, congratulations! However, need more detail on products like measurement, type, sizes, weight, ingredients etc. Some have details but some don't have. Hopefully all products standardized. While products arrived customs for inspection, please ensure item's parts are not forget to put back in boxes as some items I ordered have lost its part. Although I've received a boucher as a replacement but I really appreciates if all items safely arrived with complete parts. Thanks.

Easy to use, variety products but not so many as shopee products because it still a new platform. Mostly current products from china. Some with affordable price but some with higher side. Offers cashback. I would like to see the products expansion or features improvement by next yr 2020..

This is a very very lousy application. Very bad experience with it.Made a payment to maxis via Fingo on 30 Sep, payment didn't reflect after a week. Been checking with customer service (CS), said system error, IT team is checking. At last, I asked for refund (only can credit to Fingo e-wallet). Before proceed with refund, I've double checked and confirmed with CS there's no additional charges on the withdrawal. When proceed for withdrawal, system shows 1% charges on every 0.5 points withdrawal.

Lagging. When you scrolled down or scrolled up, the page is quite lagged. Button: We need to press the button (any button; ie: index button) twice or more than twice only then it goes to that page. Work on android Why problem description cannot exceed 100 words on the app? You really sure this app does not have bug?

Very sluggish app. Slow loading times, expensive product, and little to no product varieties at all. Especially on DIY products. They even dont sell phones, only casing. Based on my search tag on iphone, they offer only 6 iphone cases, nothing else. They are only promoting on referral codes and affiliates without understanding what ecommerce platform are about.

I believe it would be very helpful if y’all could incorporate folders for the items in our carts. Let’s say I have a certain amount of gym items, home supplies, clothing, and more. If we had folders to store each item I believe it could help us customers better organize our purchases.

During this visit I was overcharged. I bought two items that were marked down to a lower price and had a coupon for an extra 50% on clearance. I was charged the full price causing my stackable coupon to not give me a higher discount on my other purchases.

The delivery time took too long. It is one major factor when it comes to getting people to purchase items from this app. If they can get it earlier from other app why buy it from fingo?? Itll be good if it is improved.

Terrible customer service. I've been messaging them for weeks regarding the same issue. Every time, they told me they'll get back to me, but nothing. Then have to message them again the next day but I have to keep reminding them what the issue was or send them a screenshot of previous conversations. Then they'll say the same thing, then nothing. Then repeat the process over and over and over till I'm effing tired. Why don't you keep a call log of the previous conversation? Other CS have that.

Pls improve this app and the product qualities all. I ordered cap for my customer since he can't but sadly, the cap is a bit torn. But he said never mine. But for me, i feel very bad. Put all the details in english. Most of the product details in chinese. Add new foreign product pls.. 🙏 Make the low to high price, so it will be easy for us After update the app, it's draining my battery so much.. Pls fix it.

It's a great shopping app but I would like to suggest a few things: 1. Please create features like low-high prices and permanent chat with cs, it's difficult to get back to the item just to check cs's replies and also please make feedback feature. 2. I hope you can bring more items on this app ❤️

ive had great experience with fingo in the past. a little bit concerned you are now asking for a satisfaction review after placing an order. the order process with credit card was fine. but i havent received, or inspected, or worn the items ordered, and i wish i could wait to give a review after i had them in hand and had tried them in action. come on folks, this immediate review expectation is way out of line, dont you agree>

A lot of improvement needed on the Translation on the poducts Name/Description. And most of the products info are either in Chinese or none available at all. And Fingo need to simplify the name of the products. Instead of putting everything in the name, you should provide a clear description under the product. Maybe Fingo is still new thus there are very few products option. Hopefully more relevant products will be updated soon with competitive price compare to Shopee and Lazada.

Its not like shopee/lazada or any online shopping apps. Because it is so hard to find product that I want. Everytime I type on 'search' then the product is not exists?? & I need to find & buy it from shopee. Why?? & all item is only same.. How can I attract people to join me if fingo service is like this. Other online shopping app are better than this. Everything here seems to be vague and prices are not exactly bargain prices. The way you promote your app is "Buy To Save" if there is no great deals or bargains what is there to share and save?
