This app is straight trash! So many issues trying to sign in, and when I'm finally able to sign in to shop app crashes. I was just on the app a few minutes before updating this review, and I had a few items in my cart. Tried to remove some but I couldn't. Once again I had to uninstall and reinstall, so annoyed with the 🤬 app. This app isn't user friendly.
My time on this app is so frustrating. Nothing seems to work properly. It signs me out all the time, and when signing back in, it says my account is denied. I don't use any bots or other programs. All the hassle is such a turn-off. If you want consumers to start using the app for all these drops, maybe fix the app so it can handle the traffic. It's literally garbage for the small guy like me just trying to get some shoes.
I love shopping Finish Line online but when using the app, it is so frustrating. I just received a pair of shoes I ordered & now want to find something for my wife but the app signed me out. When trying to sign back in, it keeps saying that I'm not using the right sign in credentials even though I am. It would be a great app if the sign in issues would be taken care of.
I buy less shoes now because of how terrible the filter and sort functions have become. I can't filter from brand to collection anymore and any time I try to sort the items, it jumps back to "most relevant." I'm not sure why they chose to change the app but I never buy shoes from finish line now because of it.
App consistently crashes or logs you out for every shoe release. Even if you were on the app minutes or hours before the release, it still logs you out, crashes, or gives an error message about wrong password when entering the right password.
Does not allow input of address. Did not allow the address I entered or even the "suggested address" by the app. Received timeout errors on PayPal API. Errors occurred on LTE, WiFi, and even after reinstalling app/ restarting phone. Poorly written app with poorly functioning code. Will happily shop with the dozens of working applications.
Finish line app is terrible. I have status points and got an email to use status points to reserve sneakers, try to go on the app as soon as I seen the email to use the status and can't because too much traffic, kept getting logged off then when I'm able to get on the app the shoe is sold out. Never am able to reserve or get sneakers this happens every time, not this one time at least the 5th time maybe more so there's no point in trying to get sneakers from finish line all set being frustrated
This app is absolute junk. I've had a rewards account for YEARS and I can't get it linked to my app. It keeps crashing. Also, everytime I click on a shoe, it says error and won't let me select the size and color I want. I've been attempting to purchase shoes from FL app for months. I give up. I'll order directly from Nike and Adidas before I shop in a FL store, online, or via FL app. I'm fed up.
Absolutely horrible !!!! I've spent thousands of dollars at FL and am ready to spend more but the app is impossible to use ..... now I'm not able to enter any of the drawings for new sneaker releases and no customer service support ... status account with all my points not working !!! UNBELIEVABLE !!!! FIXING TO LOSE A GREAT CUSTOMER !!!! THANKS FOR NOTHING .....
Horrible Experience. I ordered shoes on a rushed delivery and was charged. But now they can't find my order. They can't refund me so they basically charged me for a rushed delivery and shoes! It will take another 2 to 3 days to resolve and that still doesn't mean i will get my shoes in 2 to 3 day. The shoes were a Birthday gift for a 12 year old girl. I am livid that I have to spend more money to ensure my lil girl gets her gift on time. Horrible experience. They're ridiculous for holding my $
I've normally had no issues with the app, except the random logout it does, which is annoying but not the end of the world. But since early Feb, the app is damn near unusable. You can't look at the STATUS section without the app freaking out and shutting down. Even in-app messages that pertain to STATUS can make the app flip out. I've been expanding my shopping options with multiple sneaker shops, but I'll be forced to just stop messing with FL in this stays how it is.
Glitchiest app I have! Constantly requires re-sign in, and sometimes won't allow sign in at all. Impossible to get on during releases. Only good thing is getting on raffles for Jordan, when they're offered. Update: it's getting worst. Constantly have to delete and re-install, it requires re-sign in every time, and half the time it just sits after completing sign in. Seriously, their app have gotten worse every day, for like 3 months straight. App shuts down every time Status tab is selected.
It always freezes have to wait to use app due to to many users JD sports need to do fix this. App is not reliable if you are in search of sneakers that are hard to get ahold of you can't rely on an app that might take you time to even use it due to too many users or because it freezes
It just doesn't work effectively enough. It won't keep me signed in. It never notifies me that I have EA on a shoe. Spent money online and in-store to boost my chances of getting EA. When I go to check for EA, I get access denied. The regular online store gets botted. Honestly, I just don't want to support either Jd sports or Finishline after trying for 3 months with this damn company
It is no use to win access to shoes everytime you click on status section the app crashes out and you can't get back in. This app is horrible now can't do nothing on it without it crashes.
sorting is broken. tried sorting by new and it doesn't work. ain't no way plain timbs and old Nike slides are the newest. sometimes it doesn't wanna sort at all after applying a filter
I downloaded this app yesterday because finish line the only store that had a pair of sneakers I wanted available I made an account I purchased my items yesterday and now it sign me out and when I'm trying sign in it keeps saying invalid email or password I press forgot password just incase made a new password and still won't sign me back in it keeps saying invalid email or password or something the page will just go all white whats wrong I come on here see if anybody else having same issue yes

The app keeps closing as soon as I try to get a ticket. This has happened several times recently. I truly like the products you guys have. Online & in store. It's hard for me to get any releases with the current issues with the app. The app was great before this problem. Please fix this issue. Thanx in advance.....
App is horrible! I can't even get the app to open anymore. Not sure what happened but it use to work fine. It's useless and just taking up space.
Never works..constantly stopping and glitching out..reinstalled the app, now it's worse! Everytime I click the "releases" option it just brings up an all white screen- even after waiting for more than 5 to 10 minutes..and won't let me access my status profile..figure it out already!
I've never had such a worse time trying to get on my account than this one. It crashes all the time! Even customer support is horrible to me. They literally laughed at me when I while I was complaining about the app and telling them my troubles. I would give it a zero stars if I could! Maybe if someone fixed the problems on my account and actually cared, I would change my mind.
This app is awful now! Every time I go to status, it kicks me out. I've tried to get a ticket for multiple releases but the app constantly stops responding and force closes! I've been a great customer for years, have a family of 5 amd we spend thousands per year on shoes. If Finish Line doesn't fix this, I will go to a new shoe company!
For some reason everytime i try to check my status points to reserve a shoe it always crashes on me & i just uninstalled & reinstalled it back up still crashing on me plus i never got to get the reserve a sneaker chips on this app either & i habe MORE than enough points to do it. I'm getting upset because i l'd like to use the points & order more shoes!!!
Love the store in wilkes barre at Wyoming Valley mall.. always a good vibe and a good shopping experience.. I just wish the app was better, never can get any releases on there.. its a shame..
Horrible app, doesn't prioritize android when queue goes up for hyped releases. Android gets stuck in an infinite queue loop
The app is useless....that one thing that makes it possible to search almost properly on the site with flexibility is missing. Note: I havent updated in a long time but using in that state might be indication of how useful it is. Verdict: if you don't have a PC, this app suffices since it looks like you navigate to order what you need. Not worth in my opinion.
