Good looking UI and the customer support via WhatsApp was helpful even though it took 1 month to open my account. A few things that I would like to see: 1. There should be an automatic payment system from my debit card or a portal on the app. Transferring my money from my bank account to another to deposit money is highly inefficient. 2. I often encounter bugs and I wish the engineers would focus more on app efficiency to provide a seamless experience. Overall a step in the right direction
It is the best app all the features are excellent. However what is missing is 3 month data of scripts and index. It shows 1 day 1 week 1 month and then 6 month and 1 year data. There is need to add 3 month data as well. Support and resistance also need to be added
Few of the companies financials have not been updated. These figures shows for year 2020 while we are looking for latest trends.
Completely filled all information and in the final app ask cnic pic, when uploaded i got error like "something issue with their server" uninstalling guys your app hype is fake
Good experience with shares trading. However it would be very helpful if app have advance graph features, like trend lines, moving average lines, bollinger bands etc.
Every time i wanted to upload pictures it says server error and now can't even login into my account because it shows something went wrong.kindly look into this
The app isn't working properly since last two week. Unable to see live trading. Kindly fix these issue with server down and unable tk fetch live data. Market is open whereas app shows it closed.
Hi, I am not getting OTP on my UAE number. Installed this app yesterday and tried so many time.
What pathetic thing to start over and over again while opening a trading account be5 i have to fetch the details from email, ID card, Bank account etc etc, it should stay on that page like i was at entering IBAN number, i login to my banking app to see details while your app logged out, absolute rubbish. Now i have to start the process again.
App crashes everytime you try to schedule an order. If i can't order then there's really no point to the demo mode or creating an account.
Connection with the server constantly failing. Also, the graphs are not loading at all for any stock.
The application does not work. During trading hours the connection to server fails all the time. Can't even place any orders.
The concept is good, for providing user friendly interface and ease of investing by sitting at home and monitoring the progress at your convenience. But the major hurdle comes when you apply for real account creation. There is huge level of information and documentation required for account opening. Also you need to take appointment and visit their offices for biometric verification, that makes it too stiff and cumbersome to follow same oldy fashioned ways in opening so called digital account.

This is by far the only trading platform available for PSX that has somewhat modern UI and is barely usable. The account opening process still requires a lot of paperwork, which, to be fair, is not completely their fault. Also, the transactions work through cheques and/or funds transfer to/from the broker. It was really useful for learning but the last part is the main factor why I have not switched from demo account yet.
Trading in PSX was my dream. And it comes true via Finpocket. I'm now a partial owner of some of big Giants of PSX like Engro, Mezan, Interloop, & Hubco etc. All credit goes to Finpocket management for make it easy to invest in PSX from anywhere, anytime. 👍🌺
Excellent UI along with very good customer service. However, the financial values for some companies seem to be incorrect/badly formatted or not updated at times. Companies in the KMI-All share index also seemed to be misrepresented at times. Would still recommend as they seem to be leaps and bounds ahead of the rest.
Problem begins when you try to search stock from watch list, it resets the "sort by" itself. *It has a good graph but price and time should also be in X & Y axis. *Scrolling up for details is painful doesnt scroll-up graph. *There's also no company icon in lists, you'll have to read their entire names to know if they are actually them. *Finally its the most advance looking app for psx with continously refreshing data but mentioned cons and upsetting me to open up account at them. Kindly fix.
App is not working. Every time i tried to open the app the same thing happen as well that it just can't open. I have sent a short video as well to your whatsapp number as well regarding the issue. Please resolve if this issue is at your side.. Or else advise what to do?
The application is slow and should be improved. Developers should pay heed on the speed of the server and loading of different tabs. For Example, the loading of portfolio has moderate speed but after reload, it shows that " something went wrong, loading of real portfolio failed ". Thanks
Everything is good but one major thing is missing and that is candlestick chart patterns and indicators, or maybe tradingview implementation. I honestly like this app but will not use it untill i see candlestick chart patterns.
Finally an amazing trading aap unlike any other in Pakistan and at par with international standards. This was so needed. Super user friendly graphs, easy to comprehend data tools and best of all very fast customer support. Keep it up
The app has a good interface but at the same time suffers from weird usability issues, for example I've added a stock to my watchlist, but now I'd like to remove it as I'm no longer interested in it. However, for the life of me I can not figure out how to do this!

Facing error on my wifi"device not connected to internet" my wifi internet connected and working perfectly.
Idk whats wrong with your app it just saying that device is not connected with internet
Concept and design is good but Integration with the data portal in not properly done. Basic data points are not present. Also the feed tab should contain newsletters rather than these post.
This is a really convenient way of investing, and there's a learning aspect too when it comes to this app, you can use the demo account to learn the ins and outs of trading as if it were real, the support is very nice and friendly, I had a problem and it was solved, and in a very professional and friendly way I must say.
..its been almost 6 months since I m using it...nice interface..occasional bug prob...but easiest way to invest in psx..very helpful team with good back up ..keep it up team finpocket..
