I am not giving it one star bc of the app but the card and fintwist in general. The main and only problem for me is that I cannot shop online, and that really pisses me off as I know I have damn well over $4,000 dollars on this card. The only website (as of now) I can buy from is GFuel. I've tried Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Nike, you get the picture. I've emailed them this problem and they have not responded (again as of now). And I have tried suspending it and un-suspending it, to no avail.

They charge you 3 dollars to hit "balance inquiry" on any atm. Even ones "in network". They also charge you 3 dollars if your card is declined. Thankfully you can transfer funds to another account for free. If you have one of these cards, chances are your employer is lazy.

It is a decent app. Quick and easy to do some things, but it lacks things on the app that the website has such as being able to dispute transactions and moving money between banks without having to go to 2 different ATMs... Yet, on the app, you're able to put a hold on your card rather than on the website -- I've learned this today. The new update has messed up the app... Anyone having an issue getting into the app should uninstall and reinstall the app, it will fix that, as it's worked for me.

Two stars because I was finally able to log in. It lets me do everything but transfer. I would not rely on this. Even trying to locate the nearest one near me, using the app, did not work. I have read a lot of people saying it does not loading for them or transfering is not working to sum up all the reviews. There is only a few that say it is satisfactory.

I was confused on the bad ratings, at first the app worked fine. It would be a bit of a struggle to figure things out but not horrible. Then things started getting worse and I couldn't see some of my transactions and if I did they weren't in order for when it happened. It wouldn't post Newest to Oldest I'd have to search around for the transaction in a cluttered mess. Recently Ive also been logged out of my account and when I'd password reset it would just say session for cardholderinquiry ????

I went in after reading all the bad reviews, a lot of reviews say it crashed on them. But i gave it a chance, after all everyone's got different phones. I tested it on a us ver galaxy s8 +, and it works but can delay a few secs to do stuff. So 4* for that. Power saving off btw. I also tested it out on my old Blade Zte Z Max and it wouldn't open. Crashes on Opening Immediately. So they definitely aren't lying. Test it out on your phone, and pray for luck. I hope they can fix it for everyone.

You get ads before checking your balance 😠 your can't enroll with out getting any problems. I just got this card bc of my employer. I can't wait to start getting my direct deposit. F# this card

App has too many bugs ands now I can't log in. The app was fine for awhile but, one day, it kept telling me my login info was wrong even though i knew for a fact it wasn't. I tried resetting my password but it still wouldn't work. I went to the website and it said my account was blocked so i had to call customer support so they could reset my account. But it happened again later. Also, some of my transactions wouldn't show as posted or pending ever. And some that did would disappear later.

Literally the worst experience ever. It takes them 20 days to do anything. I hate that my company uses this trash company for payroll. Have to jump through 50 hoops just to retrieve one's hard earn $, not to mention everytime you swipe the card they take like $3 in transaction fees.

Out money every time I need to get cash, and they freeze my card every month and takes 5 to 6 hours to release my card even after I verify the charges. Most arms I get double charged to get cash. If my work didn't force me to have the card I would throw it away.

The app won't allow me to log in. As soon as you open it, it says "For your security, the application has timed out. Please log back in to continue." Fine. But what happens when you try to log in? It spins (happens on both WiFi and 5G data) never opens and says "For your security, the application has timed out. Please log back in to continue." It's a cycle that leaves me unable to log in, rendering the app a useless waste of phone space and time.

App is literally unusable. Any attempts to log in hang the app. Pretty much doing anything aside from opening the app hangs it. Just use the website, this app is useless.

I can't believe how bad this whole experience is. About to quit a great job through RemX because I can't access my money. If I could rate a zero I would. Unbelievable pain points at every turn of this paycard. I'm a techie, corporate trainer and accounting background if I can't figure this out who can?

Worst payroll card ever, I've had two cards before at my two previous jobs and this is by far the worst one. It is incompatible with over half of our ATMs in town, only 3 that I can go to. It charges you for everything! A .50 charge every single time I use my pin? That's ridiculous and greedy. I'm going to be pulling all my money off this card and canceling it. This company should be ashamed. Stop advertising yourself as the best payroll card supplier you are in fact the worst.

The app doesn't want to recognize my login info half the time. It also took away the option for me to see my direct deposit info let alone edit that. You're only using this app if you're forced to, I'd rather put toothpicks under all of my toenails and kick them into the wall as hard as I can than use this app. This is quite possibly and I cannot stress this enough the worst made app/website I have ever seen and had the displeasure of having to use.

Absolute worse financial related app I have ever experienced. It's absolutely abysmal. 9/10 times you can't login due to a "time out error" asking you to log back in... Okay, I was never logged in... Whatever. Well, no... This error should be renamed to "Error. App has randomly revoked your ability to login. Please use a alternative service for all your financial needs" as it quite literally WILL NOT allow you to log in if you come across this error. Not only that but... Reinstalls do nothing.

Unable to sign in because "for my protection, I was signed out due to my session timing out" whenever I open the app or attempt to log in. Thanks... I don't need to transfer money or pay my bills or anything important like that. Edit: over 3 months later and still having the same issue. There's no excuse for this level of incompetence.

I like the app but it could be better... It would be great if we could dispute the transactions if needed to and just recently its not wanting to work fir me... I keep getting Error code 605 that pops up anytime i try to get on the app... My card is on hold and i need to use it and they only way to take it off hold is through the app so thats very frustrating!

Log in expired .. When my job first started using this app it wasnt that bad. But now i havent been able to check my baalance or transactions for almost a week now. Says my session has expired? After multiple attempts to relogin by closing the app, then uninstalling an reinstalling it still brings up this message... The only way i can check it is of i go to the desktop site for them ... An then yet tho i can see my balance it doesnt show me what charge from. Just how much ive spent...

Buggy, crashes, ATM locator doesn't work, session times out while you're in the middle of it, you get no options or access to your money. No transfer option. I don't understand the purpose of this app. I can call or get text notifications to know my balance. Why would I need this app? It doesn't do anything besides show you a balance and transaction history. Thanks for nothing. Still have to go out of my way to go to an ATM to withdraw my money to go to a different ATM to deposit it. Lame.

My work fed ex uses these cards and was good all the way up until today cant even login in tried diffrent phones restarting my phones and even reinstalling the app still cant login it it says due to secuirty please login in then you click login in and the message shows again and then it never loads and the message just keeps poping up every time

It used to work fine, show me my balances/deposit, color coded how I'm spending my money. NOW I can't even log in. It just keeps saying timed out. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. SAME THING. I just need to know my balance so I can be done with this card.

I have had this card/app for 8 months now, in the last month I have been unable to access my account through the app. When I call Customer Service, they tell me to go to the com Data website to view my info. I still can't get into the app, and can't access my transaction info from my phone on the website. On top of that, there is a serious language barrier with customer service. It is extremely difficult to understand what they are saying.

The app does not have full functionality and appears to have been written by students. Customer service DOES NOT RESPOND TO CUSTOMER SERVICE INQUIRIES. They have your money and they intend to hold on to it! When you add your bank account, to transfer your funds into, there is a 10 day "approval" process. They hold on to your funds (and everybody else's) in order to gain monetary interest. They are drawing interest on your funds. Like the rest, I had no choice in using this company/app.

It was working at first, but now it won't even log me in. I keep getting an error that says I've been logged out for security reasons. It would be great to be able to see my transactions grouped by day and NOT just by purchase type category. Viewing by category makes it hard to reconcile especially when the top transaction category is from a few months ago.

One of the most useless apps I've ever found. My work uses Comdata for payment, now Comdata uses Fintwist, now my $ is at their mercy. I get text messages when I spend $, but I can't log in to see what just took $ off my card! I can't even use the old website as it just sends me to the online version of Fintwist. Still junk! Don't even get me started on their joke of a customer service. All they do is push you to use the app, and when you do have problems nothing happens.

The app was working great for general purposes, like seeing ur balance, originally. Now I haven't been able to log in and I get an error code! Ive only been able to one time in a couple months. Also this card is through my place of employment so extremely annoying 😒.

Still a really simple app that lacks a lot of common features other banking apps do, but I'm forced to stick with it because of work for now. There's always issues with this app and it's not uncommon for me to have to reinstall it multiple times a month to keep it functioning

I see im not the only one having issues with this app and the company. Im lucky in that the Condata card was optional for me. I only auto load 5% onto it each week as per my employer's suggestion when I first started. If I had known then what I now now, I wouldve never even opened the envelope with the Comdata card in it.
