Changing my score, as this was actually improved so now driving ecars with Fiqsy is just perfect -----> Service and app are good. But if you run out the battery on the e-car - they don't let you to change the car and you will have to charge it with your own money (couldn't find this mentioned anywhere on website or app, on the phone they were quite rude and just said it's their business model).

Thanks for the great service! One improvement suggestion after being a customer for two months: total accrued price during the ride is not shown in real time; it pretends to, but actually is not - when you lock/unlock phone, application laggs showing outdated price, and after minute or two after syncing with your servers price instantly increases by a significant ammount. Like it was showing 8 Eur and then instantly jumps to 12. Other than that - just great!

The app works pretty good for me. Scooters operate good as well. One of scooters with initial 2/3 🔋 discharged unexpectedly in the middle of my way after 6 km (without heavy load, riding at moderate speed), expected a little longer trip with that charge. But again overall experience is good.

Horrible service, better avoid than sorry and end up paying more! When there was no car sharing avaialable tried to use it to rent scooters twice (both times had issues). First one took in mezapark, which showed it have plenty of juice to take me from 1 part of park to another, but after 3 minutes it just stoped saying it went out of battery and I had only 2 options - to leave it there and pay penalty or bring it back and take another. I thought that after report this situation they could return money or give some extra credits for bringing it back (like every normal company and other competitors would react), I decided to go with second option, but they just ignored this... okay it was only 3 euros so no big deal. Second time I decided to use their scooter it had broken gas pedal. And then not long ago they launched their car sharing service, which was a bit better as I tried it 7 times and had only one and last bad experience with this company, competitors don't allow you to finish in those areas that they don't support as allowed parking places (of course not every place, but most popular and obvious), I saw multiple times their car been parked in that area of Europarking, but I was too lucky that day and got fine. Yes this stated in rules that they don't have agreement with Europarking lots, but this is something that can be shown on welcome screens or just disable green zone in those areas, it isn't a big job to make your service user friendly. Prices they have is higher than competitors and service waaay worth, so better to avoid it

Without beforehand warning, right on first ride it asks you to immediately put €5 on wallet in order to use it. Other car sharings don't do this. Moreover fiqsy has a tiny amount of cars, so good luck chasing them afterwards. Unfair tactic on costomers to press them to pay as when you're already standing next to a car.

They have bigger prices for worse scooters than their competition (not the best brakes and bad shock absorbers + steering feels clumsy for both models). 1€ to unlock is terrible, if you drive for 10 minuter fiqsy costs at least 30% more than others and you have to use it for a long time just to cach up with competitor prices. If they would change that unlock is 1€ and extra money is deducted after first 5 minutes then it would be understandable, untill then I better use other scooters.

Android 10 users beware , app is rather unusable...money transfer to you wallet works , but you are in on surprise when you'll try to lock your vehicle after the ride is finished.... There is an error when you try to upload photo of the scooter parked in the place...App just gets stuck and you'll have contact tech support in order to finish your ride....

Scooters are quite slow and more expensive than others on the market - don't recommend. Cars are very nice: comfortable and powerful, but at the same time sensitive, high chance to get warnings for harsh acceleration/braking or cornering even if for the driver and passengers it doesn't feel like. So be careful.

Functionality to order car and no km limit is perfect for weekend road trips. I only wish to have keys in case there is no internet and also will be nice to see charging progress in app.

Always working on improvements. Scooters and cars are available. If something goes wrong, customer service doesn't hesitate to help. No ads whatsoever. The scooters are good and don't exceed the local speed limit before qualifying as scooters.

Receiving SMS with code in 1min after log in request. Before that the request fails with a timeout. Unable to get into the app. Edit. Reinstalled the app, and now it allows me to enter the code by myself. Works now.

Very good app for every day use. Fast and simple. Just refresh the map, find your scouter and go where you want! Would definitely recommend this to students and tourists.

Very bad map loading time. Any other map on my phone loads in immediately or in worth case few seconds. But here I need to wait minutes while should look on white screen with few buttons.

Pretty good overall - Sluggish closing and opening of doors compared to Carguru - Price wise is somewhere in between Carguru and citybee. - Electric cars are amazing but interface is terribly French in terms of usability. Looking forward for more electric cars and government realizing electric carsharing needs serious subsidies and protections (parking licences, charging stations etc)

Tried Fiqsy for the first time. I thought there was something wrong with the scooter because the max speed was only 15 km/h. Aborted the ride before my destination because it felt so ridiculous. I regret adding 20 € to the wallet.

Scooter was uncharged, however it showed 15%. I drived by my muscle power and then can not be able to park device, because it was uncharged. So I lost about 1€ while calling to support. Support speaks only latvian. Speed is limited by 15 km/h. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Took some time but the issue for 21 ultra was resolved with the latest update. On a side note, would be great to see more cars in the city

There was an issue with accepting the bike after payment. Probably due to app or phone malfunction. Called the guys at Fiqsy, they instantly gave the money back. Trustworthy, but 4/5 due to apo problem.

P20 lite, map is just white and shows nothing, not sure if I will want to try it again, when you fix it. First impression is ruined..

The app is perfectly OK. All issues mentioned below seem to be addressed. The service is what you can try and decide for 5 euro only

Overall liked the experience, but the max speed limit of the ride felt too limiting (max speed of 15km/h). Would recommend to include a live price counter.

Stopped working latelly. When trying to open, first get fiqsy logo, then gets stuck on white screen. Phone is S21 ultra with android 11. App reinstall didn't help.

Hi, On Samsung Galaxy S9 you cant exit the app using the "back" button, only if you terminate it in Task manager. (11.06.2019) Still doesnt work.

Nice app, Nice cars. Sometimes app freezes, but a simple restart solves the problem.

I use it for work and for personal use. The prices are just and goof alternative for keeping car in city.
