Fire Emblem Heroes

A really good game which you can enjoy even without purchases. Lacks live battles in multiplayer but then again so does every game nowadays. Edit 2022: They have added a real time multiplayer combat, although you don't seem to be able to choose your opponents. Still going strong and I have achieved a superb line-up with barely spending any money. (I think I've invested less than 10e total along the years.)

In a way i wish this game would end so i could gain back an hour or two per day of my life - yes i could just give up but I'm too addicted. The problem is there's still so many characters from previous games that haven't been released that i don't see it ending anytime soon. Summoning events are completely unbalanced, having times of nothing special then suddenly 2-3 new events at once with not enough free orbs to partake in all, so they only benefit people that throw money at this game.

In general its a really enjoyable game with a basic and functional mechanic but the problem here is: they rely to much on minor content and characters. Not that new characters are necessary a bad ideia, but this game is working on a powercreep that at every new release brings this kind of content, making some units really outdated or in need of heavy investment. At this phase, if you want to accompany the game meta, good luck!

Its a fun mobile game, just 2 issues. The game crashes a lot if you update it, and it uses a lot of storage. But otherwise it's a good fighting game, and there is a of cool characters to get. I would 90% reccomend this. Note, I am not a bot I used money for this game to buy orbs to get characters.

Love the game, the characters, the story, the different game modes. it's quite addictive. there isn't a single day I don't login. True the power creep is is an issue that I feel older units lose relevancy.

Good, a very good RPG in my opinion... Everything not too easy nor difficult to achieve... impressive.. The graphics may need a little tweaking, but apart from that very good. Keep up the good work.

It could be good but you need a players guide to understand what to even do after you get through the intro. Its just a menu with BS everywhere and nothing that indicates what option actually plays the game. Maybe they don't know what User Experience Design is.

I really love fire emblem and enjoy the game BUT! It's very tough to get orbs for summoning after you finish collecting the rewards and the summon pool is so vast that the chances are low, but the percentage does raise when you don't get a 5 star which is nice. Not really a pay to win and still very enjoyable. The auto AI is incredibly terrible, they just sacrifice themselves to the enemy AI and you would either have to lose stamina or revive them through a light blessing.

Day 1 Player as well as a Fire Emblem fan for 15 years. While I do recommend this game, I only recommend it if you truly care about the mainline games. Let me be blunt, the game has issues. Massive powercreep never stops and outdated units typically can only be obtained by premium currency and take a TON of effort to build up. Pvp modes can be infuriating as you will always find the same 3 top units on every team and using your favorites isnt an option. I like it for collecting. Thats about it

Pro: The game is generous with its in-game currency and summoning rates, not time consuming, easy to pause and resume again, skill inheritance for building your favorites. Con: Summoning pool is bloated with gen 1 & 2 outdated units, game is gradually reducing flexibility in dealing with newer and more game-changing units, inheritables have stayed stagnant in terms of effects in comparison with prefs, refine rate for older units is too slow that re-refines are necessary for even older units.

I love nearly everything about the game, i've been in this game for a long time. The problem that I see is that the new characters outshine the old characters too much to a point that I dont see the need for the old units to exist, I believe reworking old units (even legendaries) could help fix and address the common issue everyone is facing. EDIT: I love how FEH listened to the community about reworking the legendaries. Thank you. Im giving it a perfect 5 stars now.

When I open Fire Emblem Heroes with audio playing in the background from other apps on my phone (e.g. Spotify), the audio always pauses. This is somewhat irritating, so I'd love it if this was fixed.

This game is absolutely fantastic. I've been playing since day 1 and I can honestly say the devs have worked hard to make every unit viable. Various forms of currency is pretty easy to get (especially orbs) and all 700+ units are unique in some way. Powercreep is an ongoing issue though and PvP isn't exactly balanced. However all single player modes can be cleared with ease if you know what you're doing. The game is updated regularly and the story is pretty good too! Overall, it's a must play!

Great free to play turn based strategy game. Nice music and voice acting. Wish they would add more obscure characters not just versions of mainstream ones. Major drawbacks: (1) the powercreep - too many overpowered units...Beast Edelgard & (2) storyline is convoluted.

Power creep, people who spend money get a high advantage compared to people who are free to play, And as far as gameplay it hasn't changed much since it's release. I just keep updating to see new characters and story at this point.

Look I won't lie to you. I have no critical thoughts about this game. I grind in it for Nintendo points every once in a blue moon when they have something worth cashing points in for. I've tried the other two games they let you earn points for and this is by far the quickest and most efficient way to earn points. Is it a good game? I have no idea, but I have a keychain shaped like an Ocarina of Time cartridge now, so five stars I guess.

Send help, my game isn't loading. Like I can't even get to the "Fire Emblem, Heroes!" Like it will open but it wont do anything after, just loads for hours, without opening. Its been like this for three days, worried. Tried restarting the game, but nope. I'll try deleting it and redownloading, wish me luck to whoever finds this. I haven't finished building and +10ing my Scion Larcei :(

Easy to find fun with if you like the franchise or tactics games in general. Just be careful with the microtransactions, they can easily take the fun out of the game if you overdo it.

A great mobile adaptation of the FE games. It incorporates so many original elements without making the game clunky or confusing. At times it can get a little bit grind-y when you have to farm for certain upgrade items but its not bad at all and is part of the fun for me. Gatcha method is used to obtain new characters so there are Ingame purchases but honestly its so easy to get orbs especially when you first start its not even a bother. 8.5/10, would like to see a bit morecharacter interaction

Been playing this game since it came out, love this game but, lately they have been catering more to the whales and p2p players. The feh pass bugs me that it has to be subscription based. I wish it wasnt that way the units can be bought individually if wanted. All in all I dont like feh pass but I do enjoy this game. They give plenty of orbs and other in games necessities to improve your units. I just dont like feh pass.

Honestly, it's a great game. Would recommend, hence the 2 stars instead of 1. Enjoyed it for a few months, enough to buy the feh pass to support the team. Game crashed from an update again. At that point, I had spent some money in game and got real cool Heros over the time. Over the next 2 months, contacted support team to recover it, transferred between the departments, found a solution, it didn't work, and communication fell off. Fun, easy for newcomers, but invest time/money carefully

I started playing near the end of the 3rd year of the game and did not feel like there were many disadvantages for not playing from the start. What I don't like about the game is the fact that there is a subscription based service that gives quality of life improvements. They expect you to pay almost $10 a month for things that every player should get. The game also shows heavy favoritism toward female characters and FE3H characters. Also, Summoner Duels are really unfair to F2P players.

+Very good translation of core Fire Emblem gameplay to phones. +Play the game to have fun first. you can build a good team for free with the free units and currency you receive. -Orbs are expensive for what you get out of them. -Power creep is real, although it doesn't break the game outside the deep competitive levels.

I love this game!!. Even though I'm not a true FE player if the original; it's easy to get the hang of. The characters are so cute 😍 with each summoning event and have great abilities. The story is so engaging and exciting.
