The T&C says, "Tickets purchased in error may be cancelled within 5 minutes," but there's no button anywhere in the app to cancel a ticket. I made a mistake and immediately tried to cancel my ticket. The only options for tickets are "Purchase Again" and "Re-send Receipt" -- nothing about cancelling. I'm out $20 and very unhappy about it.
Pretty streamlined and easy to use app, similar design as the LIRR ticket app. Unfortunately they don't have a 40 ticket option. Prefer to buy in bulk at the start of the season as it costs less per ride that way. If there was a 40 ticket option this would be a 5 star app.
No Bayshore option. Bummer
