App usually works great, and I love the convenience of mobile banking, but the app frequently won't even open. This is frustrating as I need to reboot my phone to get the app to start working again, which is inconvenient especially if I'm trying to check my balance in a check out line.
Really like this app & it worked great before the update, but the most recent update disabled the storage of my login password and fingerprint. Now I have to input my password every time I try to login. Opened the app settings and tried to re-authenticate my fingerprint, but it will not save and keeps asking for my password.
This app works for about 1 day then suddenly when you click on it, your screen flashes but app doesn't open. I have to start all over again, uninstall then reinstall. It's awful
the latest update messed up the Android apps. im sure the credit union will get it fixed as soon as they can. they are the best banking around. been using them for many years. it will be fine soon. i promise.
terrible , can't even access the app or my accounts since the update almost two weeks now, and keep getting the same answer, were working on it..... going to change credit unions.
Can't do mobile deposit of checks that came in mail as a post-card style (with shipping label on the back of the check) says that the back photo is actually a front photo. I get that it's trying to be smart but there should be a checkbox for "no really the photo is correct trust me a human will figure it out"
If you are having trouble logging in since that darn update in February, try reinstalling the app, I finally got it to work again that way.
until this app gets fixed it remain a 1 star. this app quit working on my galaxy S8 out of know where. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times. fix it please.
App is horrible, I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it. When I go to open it will flash and go back to login screen.
apps been not working on my phone for days says unavailable reboot phone. tried reinstalling and app still doesnt work.

I've used this app on all of my devices except I got a new Samsung galaxy tab S4 10.5 n won't work on this one

normally I love this app, but for the past 2 weeks it has not worked ok my galaxy s9... for a short time there was a message that said they were aware it wasnt working on android, but that message is now gone and still doesn't work.
App always seems to become unavailable and results in log in issues around 2am, which means there is NOT 24/7 access.
App has not worked in close to a month. Every time I open it I get a message that says "Service is temporarily unavailable. Please reboot your device and try again." This has been happening despite multiple reboots, clearing the app data and cache, and even uninstalling and reinstalling. Very unhappy.
