Once I login, website & mobil provide plenty of info. I take issue with never "recognizing" my device. It is very frustrating to have to go thru lengthy process every time. Also, when I clicked on security tab to change password, it showed some random, six characters. We ended up leaving current nine character password. Too many adds. Consider pulldown for new features/options. Webmaster: spend more time looking for & addressing inconsistaties, redundancies, and tedious login requirements.

Easy, comfortable, secure. I can pay my credit card immediately, and deposit checks with a photo. My only criticism is that it makes me double check and look at the back of a deposit check photo to make sure I wrote "for mobile deposit only". I would rather confirm with one click rather than being forced to go back to the photo unnecessarily.

awesome easy to use app. love the section you can sync all your accounts. just one thing when applying for a credit card the experience was a little more complicated than other banks such as capitol one or wells fargo. The app didnt give me much information when applying and the application process was a little lengthy thinking since i bank with them they should have been able to expidite the process for me which i was hoping for.

Zell integration very clunky. There's no integration with phone contacts and it makes you create a new contact for every person you want to send money too. This is very annoying.

We regularly get hit with overdraft fees because i will check the balance and the available will be a specific amount. We make sure to not overspend based on the amount. Ill check a few days later after not even spending the amount it said we have, but somehow we are overdrawn and charged a $25 fee for every charge. Even though we spend small amounts well before a big bill goes thru it will be flipped and the big bill goes 1st and then we are charged $25 apiece for each small charge. Not cool.

First of all, I love my bank FFCU! I really love the app and use it on a regular basis. It is very user friendly, simple but thorough and easy to navigate. The only issue I have, is it won't allow me to look at the picture of the check I've written that has been cashed. This is a very minor issue and may not even be the fault of the app. This app definitely makes my banking easy and convenient!

Unfortunately, I don't love this app. Pending transactions are not available. Transferring my money to another on if my accounts at another organization takes way too long, almost 3 days not including weekends or holidays. Pop money is not user friendly or globally used amongst friends and family making it difficult to use compared to Zelle. Zelle is instant and user friendly, using only a name and phone number or email. Sadly, FFFCU has a long ways to go to catch up to other credit unions.

I would like to be able to manage "repeating payments" with this app but currently unable to do so. Can only cancel a payment but can't set up new payment rules that I am aware of. Update: 2/1/19 to 5 🌟. We gripped they listened. Thanks Firefighters first! Currently manual capture for back of check deposit not working.

Good banking app. Easy to navigate and link to multiple credit union and outside accounts so I can get info all in one place. Also makes transferring between accounts easy. Mobile deposit camera is much improved and works well.

Easy to use. Love that I can make mobile deposits, check my balance and do online banking all from my phone. I'm out and about a lot and not always near a computer to at home banking. The mobile allows me to get my banking errands dine without having to carve time out of my busy schedule to visit a branch. I know the branches are there for me if i need to speak with someone in person, but just to do little things, the app is so handy.

The app is good and straightforward, easy to navigate. I gave 4 stars because inter institution transfers cannot be processed using the app, only on desktop.

it's very helpful, although it would be a little better if your payments would be deducted from your balance the day that you pay your Bill's not set as a scheduled payment.

Took a while and several attempts to deposit check. Once you write mobile deposit on back of check. If the app does not accept you are out of luck.

Missing One Thing...No way to make a principal-only payment on my home equity loan. I can do that on the website but not on the app. Frustrating.

The new update is annoying, with the voice that talks when depositing a check. I chose to use my other bank's mobile deposit, because I couldn't disable her voice.

Great and easy app for my finances. I love to be able to transfer to other members accounts. Awesome customer service!

I live quite a distance from the credit union, so I do 90% of my banking on line. They have really made things easier for me in my banking needs.

A very good app but would definitely like to see a cleaner UI experience.

Love the upgrades just done! Large text and just easy to read and review your account.

This app never remembers my device. I should not have to go through lengthy log on every time I want to access.

App responds very slow having to "please wait" for long periods of time.

Easy and convenient! No more trips to a CU Branch, or searching for an envelope to make deposits!

Transfers to other banks isn't very easy, but this app does everything I need and is easy to navigate.

Since the last update you can't log on with fingerprint or even by typing in your password.

Can't get at all the information I need to accurately manage my money, especially in the area of bill pay.

Reliable, and it appears that they are constantly improving the application to simplfy the process for the members.
