Mobile deposit has not worked for months with no attempts by firefly to fix the issues. Love firefly but will have to find a new bank/credit union if this is not resolved VERY SOON
Mostly love your app. The Android version doesn't deal with the touch sensor quite perfectly. The point of this feature is one-touch access. But if you are coming back to the app, it first gives you a useless warning that you've been signed out, then requires you to tap a Login button, only THEN can you use the fingerprint sensor to login. Make it true one-touch access. For example, i have another financial app that shows a similar warning, but one fingerprint touch both dismisses the warning and logs in.
Prone to breaking, and contains accounts with near identical names to those you want to transfer funds to that you cannot transfer money back out of. Nonexistent customer support, and poor design.
I don't like the changes to the bill pay function. I preferred being able to look at a calendar to schedule a payment rather than scrolling thru a list of dates.
I love the simplicity of the app. It's very convenient for me to do transactions and also watch my account to make sure all payments are paid. It helps me to stay on top of important obligations allot easier.
Love Firefly mobile banking. Trouble getting bank statements through mobile app, however.
The mobile deposit check reader is great. Tcfs is completely worthless in comparison. I deposit all my checks mobile and love this feature.
Has worked well since I started using it 5 years ago. Have no need to go to my branch any longer!
Very good at what it does. No problems with doing what i want it to do and very good about keeping my account logged out when not in use
Not so happy with the improvements. More difficult to use... Previously I gave it 5 stars when I said that it was great for paying bills, checking on balances and transferring money. And depositing a check works too.
Its very slow on direct deposit i always get it at 7am when everyone else gets it by 3am the latest and some people use prepaid debit cards from Walmart or those rush cards they use another company for protection its called secureLOC ....starting to think those makeshift debit cards from Walmart do a better job than an actual bank/credit union...not self sufficient at all.
I like this as I no longer have to run to bank to deposit checks. Very easy to use and I have not had any problems.
Hasn't worked in months. Says error when I try to log in. Guess they don't want my money.
Wish routing number would when you are logged either on computer or mobile. But still love ap

I love the CU but this app drives me crazy. It won't connect quickly though my other apps work just fine. And the timeout drives me crazy. Not as helpful as I hoped.
