For some reason, despite using a password keeper this app makes me have to call customer support and reset my password. Every month. It's ridiculous.
I dont like the new app. You can't see any account balance or do any transfer to other accounts 🤔 I like the old app better not a fan of this one.
Who makes a banking app and doesn't let you view your account balance or transfer funds.... the old app worked fine.
Awful, worst baking app I've ever used. I can upload a profile picture now... big whoop. I'd rather be able to move money. Now I'll switching banks. Thanks for nothing firelands.

Dont like this app !!!! Last app was 200% better,and absoutly loved it, i cant even see my deposits, whats up with that? No not happy at all.
It sucks and doesn't tell you your bank account amount it's in your checking say ain't sure what you got in your account because it doesn't tell you nothing that app sucks big time
Doesn't work. Always comes up error in the system when I try to make a payment.
You cannot see your account balances at all. I hate this app, the old one was a lot better.
Can't check the balance of your accounts... Which is the only reason why we got the app.

For everyone to know this is not the new app the new app is Firelands FCU. The new app is able to do everything plus more that the old app could do. This app is just to control your cards, sorry for any mix-ups
