It is very confusing when getting tickets for museums whem using the card online. We got charged regular price at two museums when we had reservations. Perhaps it was the language barrier or the rush to get everyone through the lines.
Very easy to use. Worth the money if you like to hit up many museums and churches within one trip. The app never crashed and I never had a problem finding a place to visit.
Despite only 50 odd museums and no entry to Florence cathedral dome, tower and museum, and shorter and non-existent opening hours for a lot of museums, I found the app version easy to use and gave me fast entry to museums and saving me money 💰 so am 😊.
Simply doesn't work on my device. Click on anything in the app and I just get no results.
It worked so smoothly and we didn't need Internet to use it. Loved the app!
Great app for storing and accessing tickets
was easy to use and helpful
cant start tour without voucher number. you get no voucher number unless you buy online
This app was awesome....i recomend it!!!👍
Seems pricy at first but the uffizi alone is 20e if you see about 6 more things, which is easy because that includes high roof panoramic photo opts, it pays for itself fast. Plus you don't have to worry about if this or that site is really worth it, just go look if you don't like it try another place. no loss.
This worked great for entering places and the info of opening times and where/how to get paper tickets (where necessary) is accurate. Would recommend it!
If you plan to stay in Florence for at least two or three days and thinking about visiting lots of museums and galleries definitely purchase Firenze card. Easier access to places and no need to wait in long lines for tickets.
Didn't explore all the possibilities, but time saved not standing in ticket lines worth the cost of the pass.
Firenzecard is AMAZING and totally worth the €85 price!! We purchased our Firenzecards last night and just this morning getting into the Academia only took 30 seconds because we were in the Firenzecard priority line vs. the standard admission line which was over an hour long! Amazing!! It has already paid for itself in time saved. No one wants to stand around in the hot August sun. If you are planning on visiting multiple exhibits in Florence or just want to visit a few and save time and sweat, get the Firenzecard...so worth it!
The app is wonderful. It worked properly on my phone and is very useful, because you can see the sightseeings that are near you. There is a short description of each and the working hours, which is really useful.
Didn't work. Useless.
app itself is ok. But the fact you cannot buy tickets or the actual Firenze card directly in the app is frustrating. The frustration is compounded because the link to the website to buy your pass takes you to a site that is broken for some Android devices. Essentially, you cannot actually purchase a ticket via the site because the area where you hit plus to add your ticket quantity is not functional. This was tested across multiple browser apps including the Chrome.
