It's really frustrating that the Red Cross would region-lock critical first aid information. I need a quick reference first aid app in English language and this app provides only country-specific first aid. Please provide a general first aid application with informtion in English language.

Essential for anyone. Must be preinstalled on every phone.

Just downloaded the app and was alarmed by the review section... many Indonesians are complaining being unable to access the English version. Funny, why would anyone choose a non-native language to access an app required for emergency situation, where people need to think fast? Turns out, the Bahasa translation is rather clunky and still in English grammar. I spent more time thinking of what would the menu say in English to navigate, and this is clearly not ideal.

Greatly increased size after last updates. Now it consumes 193 MB, not easy to keep it "just in case" on my old phone. Besides that, it would be nice to decrease permissions set, especially startup and sleep items

The application is good, however the test section which goes via Google forms is not sending email results for SARS which form includes Zimbabwe, South Africa and Tanzania.. I have taken the test 20 times but no results. Please rectify, we want to get in-class certification tomorrow So far I rate with one start until the developer solve this equation. Otherwise 5 stars.

Good app for all. But there is a huge problem when it is used in Burmese language. The fonts used in all the texts are not Unicode standard. So we cannot see them properly and cannot read at all. Please fix this. Thank you very much.

This one seems nice. Shows directions and photos but please fix the fonts for Myanmar. I'm trying to learn first aid, for the first time, which we might need later. Please help us by fixing it.

Diagnosis: App suffers from severe design problems. Downloaded the app in case I would need it, at moment of medical emergency the app asks for country and then proceeds with a lengthy additional download - costing more time. Afterwards, I had trouble finding concussion or possible fracture of neck. Was better off just using web search to find this information. If you want to use this app, make sure to browse through it well in advance.

It's good , but like I said before I do have a problem. Note: if you can fix this problem, I'll be grateful. If not (no offense) can you direct me to another app that allows access to all countries or maybe +my country 😁 I'm sorry if I'm asking a lot but I really loved this app so... thank you 😀👏

Impossible to change language, how low! I'm stuck with Cantonese app (= absolutely useless and defeating the purpose of being used in 1st aid situation......)

Zim. S. May 11, 2020

The app is literally useless to my family, since we are expats living in Georgia. And once we select Georgia, there is no way of translating the info into English. I believe this is a serious design flaw, since the app is advertised as being in English, and actually isn't once you are out of English speaking countries. Don't the developers think that non-native speakers already have difficulties finding first aid info without being locked out of English translation? Disappointed.

After i have the admission ticket test i am not receiving any results email to confirm either i have passed or not so the system of the app ends up causing me a headache because i do not know if i am answering the admission test correctly or not,you need to look into it and try to respond in time so that we know if we're doing the right thing or not.

Rum. T. Jan 13, 2022

Why am i failing to get feedback on my results? I would like to know whether i passed or not and i have submitted thrice but am getting nothing in terms of feedback. I used the South african IFRC . Kindly assist.

Who though it was a good idea to region-lock this app?

It's very good and it explained everything clearly but it doesn't explain everything. Example: I'd like to know what to do Incase of a broken leg and the bone is out (It happens to me) and it doesn't tell you.

I have a problem using app in Burmese language. Seems like the app is using obsolete font encoding system. Please kindly support with Unicode compatible one. Otherwise, people will not be able to use it.

Dir. J. Dec 17, 2019

Well made, several topics to learn. Good overviews and the possibility to test yourself. Really needed to learn about possible situations and how to respond.
