Absolute hassle trying to get the software to work at all, extremely poor...that's too bad because this camera/hardware seems pretty well made.
App will no longer load after five years. Gives message "connection timeout" and does nothing. Can still connect on LAN, but not WAN.
Needs to be restarted every few minutes whenstreaming - even over LAN.
Does not work on Galaxy S6
Worked for years, just stopped now.
Will not install in samsung 10e.
Worked great at first. Now I can't use it outside my own wi-fi. Looks like it's been going on for months and I'm not the only one having the same issue. Should be top priority in fixing since it's going to detour people from buying it.
I used to be able to connect to my camera from anywhere outside my home. Now I only can connect if I am inside my home within my own wi-fi network. Please fix soon as I am not the only one with this problem.
I have to uninstall every week to get it to work. Do not buy this camera!

Will not run on galaxy J7. App crashes when you try to open live stream. Works fine on my wife's J3.
Wont even find my wifi so i can use it outside my home.
The app crashes as soon as you open it. These idiots need to fix it!
Works great now! It's an easy fix...make sure you use a pc computer to hook up and that you are hooked up to your intermet!

Terrible for remote WAN viewing... App must have a bug? Everything set up properly... Installed and even re installed but... App keeps asking for camera password to be verified for remote viewing... Works great for LAN viewing only.... These pan tilt zoom camera are way to expensive to have such issues like this.... Very disappointed...
New update has fixed this app, works very smooth and no freezing. Very responsive.

You have to just love a company that just abruptly stops supporting their product after only a few years. This app no longer works and the first generation of these cameras I bought that don't support ONVIF are essentially $50 paper weights. The second generation cameras support ONVIF, but are buggy and randomly restart semi-frequently. I've left messages about this app to the company to no avail. I will never buy a First Alert product again.
