If I could give this app a 3.5 I would. While it definitely gets the job done for checking my accounts, it wreaks of old android apps. Plus when I tap to auto fill my credentials since I have them saved with google, it doesn't let you log on until you delete and type back in the last character of your password. So definitely could be better but it does what it needs to, show you account balance, transfer funds between checking and savings, and depositing checks.
Don't know what happened. I've used this app for years. Always worked fine. But over the last few months, it refuses to open. I have to delete and reinstall. So frustrating. Ugh....
My Sister's, my daughter's and my app is not working...Tells me to update and there is no update available...Cannot open it at all...Sad because I love the bank .I have been with them for over 10 years...please fix the app.
Great app. I appreciate it, as I no longer live locally and the closest bank is over 20 minutes away.. The mobile deposit have been a Good send for my family and I.
This app work so good. Now it's saying needs update to connect to server. Can't get in. Last update I see was in Nov 2020. Please fix it

Very thorough and exceptionally helpful
Mobile deposit got updated to have ti try to automatically take the picture. It's now a giant hassle where it refuses to take the picture until you hold it forever, and then finally get the option to take it manually. Even then, putting the check in the margins makes it not able to see what it needs to see, meaning you actually need to move in closer to the check and ignore the margins to get a picture its satisfied with. I put it on a pure black background, and it would say it was too light.
