I dont have the option to mobile deposit for some reason which is REALLY inconvenient....other than that the app is super generic looking and the interface sucks. Itd be like a 3.5 stars if I could get mobile deposit though.
Doesn't give me very many options other than seeing my balances, transfers between accts & bill pay. All other transactions need to be done either in the bank or over the phone.
It's okay.... App keeps stopping when I try to look up locations. Think I'll start looking for a another bank. I'm losing interest in FACU.
useless system to change passwords without having to do it multiple times so frustrating 😡

We bank with facu and ever transfer after our 6th one. You guys charge $15.00. I think that one stupid thing you guys are doing to your customers. That's what called making money off your customers. I would understand if it was a one time fee but its isn't that way. Think I'll start looking for another bank. Who take their customers well.

4.11.18 update: Still Can't deposit online using the app. The Error 915. WHY? What happen to mobile deposits. Need this Esp. Since you close my closest banks /ATMs. Thinking of withdrawing altogether. Oh wait one must BE THERE in person 6 hours away to do so. 😠

I keep entering my account number and password yet I still am sent to get an access code this is one of the worst app I've ever dealt with.
The app did not give a login ID and won't let me access it. Not good.
After downloading 3 times, I'm not able to log into my account, frustrating.
It does okay but, for example, I can't select a date range I want because not everything fits on my screen and I can't scroll down to see everything. Why not let us scroll and/or see everything at once??
