For now, all routes available in the app are in California. However, I hope with your help this will change soon.

looks cool but there's nothing for my area. get some NH and New England in there and I'd probably use it a lot.

This app is a huge improvement over Mountain Project, way easier to find climbs!
This app has a very clear and easy to understand UI. I look forward to it expanding to routes all over the country.

The app is well organized and some to use. However, the content is currently limited. I live in Los Angeles and am told I am surrounded by all kinds of outdoor climbing opportunities, but there is not a single listing. G for my overpopulated area. Please, DO NOT LET THIS BE A DETRACTOR; the more of us that use this app and enter routes the better this app will become.
When you turn it on it shows you climbs/areas closest to you. It's like a guidebook that always opens to the right page. It also works great offline and has no ads :)
Developer is great with feedback and strives to make improvements. Great strides in ergonomics, not often seen with these kinds of apps
This app is seriously ahead of it's time. If people are loving the crap that is Mountain Project, they never gave First Ascent a chance. We can add climbs simply by taking a PICTURE. Then, the GPS coordinates are stored so that other climbers know EXACTLY where that climb is. No more "turn right at the big tree" or "walk 50 paces past the first rock." It is the absolute greatest way to find climbs and it's super easy to contribute. Other than that, the filters and search function is cool.

App works great looks good and is intuitive.
Good info for the very few climb areas supported/documented. Map view and routes list need to be integrated better
There is no option to limit the range of search for climbs nearby and the app would only show 8 or 10 boulders before recommending climbs in completely different states. I love in Colorado so I know there are far more boulders here than the app says.
