Terrible app. When I try to deposit a check it logs out. I enter the info and take a pic of the front. Then it goes back to the login screen. This happened befire. The help desk said to delete and reinstall the app. Did that again and it still fails.
The ease of Check deposits is my main reason for the app. I don't have to go to the bank just to cash a check anymore. It's easy. Revised: recently (September/October) the scanning of the check is much more difficult since the last few updates. Is there a "precise" process now?
Bill pay did not pay my bill due to incorrect acct info(says fafcu). Circumstances dictate I must reinput on fafcu app in car on way to Thanksgiving in the mountains with no internet access. No acct info available on app. FAFCU says reinput app. Still doesn't work. FAFCU sent email this bill was pd on due date of 22 Nov. It is 26 Nov 19 at time of notice of non-payment hence the expeditious requirement to bill pay. New and old fafcu app = 0 stars because bill pay doesn't work.
Some features are not so user friendly. I dont like how time consuming is to deposit checks, why write on checks that are for mobile deposit? Isn't that what the app is for if they dont have a physical check? I would like a feature for overdraft protection also.
App will not load info after putting correct login information. I stays stuck on the loading screen. It was working fine all this time.
Tells me my password is incorrect and locks me out. If I try to change it, the app sends me a new code that is then listed as invalid. I had to call first atlantic yesterday to have someone open my account.
Entered new login and password. Indicates account was set up successfully. Will not allow me to reenter my account with information. App states login and password are invalid.
First time ever using the app it seemed very easy so it must be good cuz I can use it with no problem.
The app does not give me the option of depositing checks with an android device or ipad device. Very disappointing.
Fast Deposit, provides banking info I need. I live in Michigan and this app. Is a great help!

I enjoy banking from the comfort of my home. I've never had any problems using this app. From cheque deposits to transfers to checking my balances and also checking on whether or not a cheque has cleared is all I can do any where I am on my phone. If only there was an app for withdrawals!
