First Bank Biz To Go

Depositing checks is always an issue. This has been going on for probably a year. Can't read check. Can't read endorsement sometimes it takes 5 tries. These are printed checks I'm depositing so it makes no sense. And the endorsement reading is more of an issue. I have to eliminate most of the check and get close up on the endorsement to get it ro register. I can't include the whole check or it doesn't work. I love first bank but this issue is really annoying.

I have never hated an app like I hate this one. I have been a customer for 11 years and today I closed my business account. I have waited over a decade for your engineers who are about as competent as a cucumber to get it together and bring this dinosaur app out of the 90s. Why does it take a username, a member id and a password to login? Why does it not have a pin code access? Why can't it ever remember my username or ID even though I check the box? Why can't it focus on the check? Garbage.

Ive download it 3 time and 3 times it doesn't recognize my credentials. It locked me.out my my account. I had to call the bank and they didn't know qhy the mobile app wouldn't accept my credentials.

Extremely difficult to deposit checks. Camera portion of the app requires work compared to similar apps.

This was my first time using a mobile banking app of any kind. It was seamless and the instructions were very clear.

Great Banking App for California Businesses who use Lines of Credit or who need a mix of both Business with Personal accounts. Sidenote, Branch employees are always available during office hours to answer questions. First Bank, or online First Banks is a wonderful bank, particularly the Costa Mesa Branch. Thank you, Oren

This app crashes repeatedly when making a deposit. You have to log back in over and over and over again to keep trying to finish the deposit. Eventually it will get through, but typing username and passwords on a phone ten times first is terrible.

Easy to use

Ridiculous. I have a business account and I cannot make deposits with this app? Please, please tell me I'm missing something here. I keep thinking I should change banks due to their archaic websites and apps. I have multiple accounts, biz, personal, and if I want something done I have to go in person. Sometimes that is not possible and then I'm in a real bind. I love the "small town" feel of the branch I go to and the people that work there are fantastic. But I really need quality apps and websites. What to do :(

This app would have been okay 7 years ago but isn't current with what other banks are offering in an app.

Been using it for a year now and I love the bank but the app is very slow and it keeps crashing

I have updated my review. After a few days they seem to have worked out the kinks and now I actually like it. I can transfer money between accts and get instant updates on transactions.

Installed, logged in and deposited check within 5 minutes. No problems!

Yikes. I must say Doug is correct. Lol worst roll out ever. At least I got a good laugh from his completely accurate review
