Used to love the app but for the past several months it just sits and spins at the loading banking information. PLEASE FIX. There are a lot of people that have been experiencing the same thing.
The app no longer works. It just says loading but never loads. It used to work great.
Was a great bank until I told them, I was switching banks due to moving they still charge me an online service fee of 75 dollars.😡
Online banking. Always have to call bank reset my password

I like how I can see all my transactions, also pending transactions.
The new update really messed this gs up. I can log in but it will take a good 5 to 10 minutes for to actually bring up my account. And I'm guessing it's my phone but the app does not include check deposit from the phone:(
App hardly ever works wit LG tablet. Bank "claimed" it is problem with Verizon. I have 2 other tablets with Verizon with no problems. Just my LG tablet
It is annoying that for last two weeks, 2 out of 10 times i can log in, then I call you and ask if it is my phone or the app , and you confirm to me that it is the app, it would b nice to hear that youre working on it , but i've called twice and both times im just told app isnt working correctly , so i guess I'll just have to deal with it.
Bank of America app so much better could learn a few things from them.
New update, app is useless now. It will accept my login info, but never opens my account, it just sits on the loading screen.
This app only opens 1/4 of the time. When it does open it won't let me log in. So then you have to go back and log in again to be able to actually open.
I try to log in and it says unkown error over and over. Very frustrating!!!
I can log in but my account never loads it just sits there. I had to get on my pc only to discover i had overdrawn my account not a happy camperplease fix it
Every time I need to use it I have to reinstall it. Been this way for months. Fix it PLEASE
It doesn't let you deposit checks half the time
Whenever I need to find out my funds, this let's me know what has been paid or what's pending. Security is great. If password is forgotten your bank will issue a new one with verification that it's your account.
This app is so easy to use! I absolutely love it! Most of my financial issues I'd usually go to the bank for can be solved in two minutes on my phone. Love it
it keeps telling me my password is incorrect when it is not
I can balance my checkbook anytime & I know exactly how much I have. The people are really nice. ☆☆☆☆☆+

I can't use this app for what I got it for. It has no way for me to deposit my check.
It is so impossible and confusing just to get the text messaging alerts set up...so i just gave up on the alerts. The app doesnt include the moble depositing... (you have to log on and access it from the First bank of Kansas web site from your browser and set it all up seperatly.) i just gave up on both of those features! Those 2 features were why i wanted online banking But the rest of the app is easy to use.
