This app is good for a while but I always have to uninstall and reinstall it because it just keeps spinning, trying to load.
This app doesn't update itself often enough, its put me in the negative because it doesn't keep up with my account. Giving me false readings.
Most recent update broke this app. Login screen won't come up. Main page just reloads continuously. I tried unloading/reloading. Unusable. Update: Reviewed on 1/8/19, now 1/30/19. No fix yet.
This bank bought out my old bank. Not impressed so far may need to change banks. App options terrible my old small bank way better. 10 days couldn't pay a bill. In this day and age can't believe it wasn't way smoother and seemless. Highly disappointed
This app needs a update won't let me in at all !! Been like that for weeks....4th time it has done it new password month or so wont let me in I see why it's only 2 stars I will give it one worst app I ever seen needs major work
I can no longer View my statements tells me I do not have a PDF viewer installed (I do) and gives me the option to download one so I humor it and downloaded the selected one still doesn't work.
This app does not work at all on my tablet is a total failure it just keeps showing that picture of that kid in that lady and it keeps messing with my screen this app does not work
I can't get on. The one front page keeps scrolling and scrolling and....this is my new mobile banking app?! This is inexcusable! I guess i'm calling every time i need to do my banking for my business and personal?!!
The last update is awful, it takes days to see the real balance. The previous one needs to come back, this one is not good at all.
First Bank won't let me use this app without giving them permission to make phone calls from my phone. My other bank did not do this. I won't use an app that does this.
Everytime I want to check my account balance the app will not open so I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to use 1 time.
This app is totally useless to me... I'd rather have the other one back bc it showed all transactions n kept accurate balance... SMH
Don't like this app. Can only see transactions in the past 6 days. Not acceptable.
Old app was better ..dont like appearance and got to install almost overtime I use it junk first bank need to reduce.
I change password goes few months then wont let me in I finally go to my bank an get in change password word ain't 12 hours later I cant get in agian....I will be deleting this account on this app it dont deserve 1 star this is 3rd time I been to my bank they got me i done password change I'd change I log out few hours later wont let me bck in .....this app is horrible period
At first app kept flipping page NOW it says my password is incorrect. very unhappy!!!
Poorly developed and for a week straight the app won't load past the login screen.

You're app socks. Try to install it don't even have this phone. It comes up with another phone .
it says invalid login and I am putting the correct password and username in it.
The bill pay app would be nice, this app doesn't have that feature.

Not letting me on after it has worked for years
Used to work all it says now is no accounts found witch is extremely irritating considering your website doesn't load on my phone 1 star and im probably changing banks over this ---update customer service will not respond to my emails- im definitely changing banks now
Can't log in at all now. Was doing OK and now nothing!! It does this every time u turn around! Sick of it!!!!
What happened? Used to work great, now I can't even login..
I relied on the previous version to check on transactions. Unless that feature is buried in the app this is no longer useful. Very disappointing!
I hate how behind this app always is, and why am I only allowed to see like one days worth of transactions. Very unhelpful. I absolutely hate that this bank bought out my small hometown bank, I'm looking to go elsewhere.
