Whenever you try to login after you initially use the app, the continue button is grayed out. So you have to reinstall the app every single time you need to use it and reenter all of your info. Also, the success rate for depositing checks is maybe 1 in 10. It fails to read the endorsement on the back of the check. You can just spam the same photo and eventually get through, so it's obviously an issue with the software. Would rate 0/5 if I could.

The site is not at all intuitive. To deposit a check, none of the menu options at the top, including the word more, has that option. Instead a client has to hit the plus sign at the bottom of the screen. Having discovered that I tried four times to deposit a check but it would not accept the email address at which I receive notifications from the bank. Bank rep doesn't know why.

I love this app!!! It's so simple and clear... it literally only gives you the information you need that everyone wants and needs... balance, transaction history, different accounts, and no extra added or differently portrayed information... everything you might want to know is there easily accessible no adds never glitches

Very poor app. Crashes, Makes you resign in to make a transfer between your own accounts with in the same bank! This feature seems highly unnecessary and a waste of time! Other bank apps. Might send you a text code to approve.

Not at all user friendly. I set a PIN to provide "easier access" to the app yet I still have to enter my username and password to use certain features. And of course the app will not accept autofill for the username or PW either. The deposit check feature won't work if the check you are tying to deposit isn't a standard size.

Completely unusable. Get error code every time I open app, and can't get any help. Not offering a competent app renders a bank useless in today's world, especially when combined with an abysmal website.

The text in the new app design is *too big*! The first page shows titles for the account, i.e. "First Choice Checking" - but it doesn't show the last 4 numbers of the account, so I can't easily distinguish the accounts from each other on my phone. Please make the text smaller to fix this, thanks.

Does it job well. The two issues that keep cropping up is the excessive load times when my signal is low and the login credentials will not recognize when my password vault fills in the password. I have to type a space and delete it to make the app happy.

the thing about this app that I am struggling with is whenever you go to make a deposit it will not let you. I have been to two different banks trying to figure this out on this phone in the most I can come up with is it's a app glitch. I used to be able to make a phone call while I was on the phone call go ahead and make the deposit. that all ended about a month ago I can't even do that anymore and no one seems to know what's going on with the app I have removed it reinstalled it twice.

Darla was great. She was very pleasant, took time to walk me through my problem and stayed with me until she was sure it was corrected. It had nothing to do with the mobile app. I was just a new user with my own problem which she corrected within a couple of minutes. The app is very simple to use and with Darlas help I'm up and running. I would recommend the app to anyone wanting to simplify their life.

Updated 10/21 still hard to use. Can't get to the full account number. Only way to get that is to go in person! MAJOR INCONVENIENCE!! NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS BANK! Hard to use, doesn't have the functionality of other banks' mobile apps. Bill pay does not have all the functionality of the desktop app and awkward to use either way.

This is getting ridiculous. I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use it! It never used to be this way. I don't want to have to do that every single time I want to simply check my balance. If you want to keep uninstalling and reinstalling to use it, go ahead and download. Otherwise it's not convenient if you're in a hurry. Especially since the web version requires dual authentication each time you log in on the same device. This was supposed to be more convenient; it's not!

Problems logging into the app. Not a phone problem. Same with my tablet. I have to uninstall and reinstall each time i want to log in. Tech support was supposed to call me back. They never did.

Overall the app has been solid and reliable. Some of the features could use a little better explanation up front but once you figure it out its easy.

Just installed and have only used it to deposit a check, but this app was much more cumbersome than other bank apps I've used to deposit a check. The camera/picture taking process was fine, but at the end it required me to enter an email address. Kept telling me it was an invalid address, but my question is, why even ask for an address? Every other app I've used to deposit a check uses the email address they have on file thru you're online banking profile to notify you, extra unnecessary step.

Good app as far as it goes. Logging in is periodically stupid. Apparently on the iphone there is fingerprint log in. On the android there's only a PIN, and periodically it doesn't work and you have to use a username and password. Lame.

Everything was great until the last update, now I have to re-enroll every so often and reenter all of my credentials. I've changed my settings multiple times to use the PIN but it reverts back to full password for no reason 😞

Over all, this app is very simple and easy to use. But I wish that you could have more banking options like you do online for the app. Like: send money and more about your own bank account

No biometric sign in like finger print or face unlock. Using pin number isn't very safe on a phone to access an entire bank account. Very limited, in terms of what you can do balance! It's 2020 not 2010.

super simple app worked well until last update now cant use to deposit checks as it clears the image when going from camera mode to app deposit screen very frustrating as there no longer open on saturdays and branches are limited. Update: App is better with no issues keep up the good work

Horrible, ancient design. Their website is no different. I've had this bank for under 12 years and I'm about done with their cheap cheap development, hidden fees and lack of branches across the country. AVOID FIRST BANK!

Check deposit via photo is very handy. Took a bit to find the "task menu". Maybe "Tasks" could be added as a toolbar or pull-down menu item.

Not very user friendly interface. Never remembers my passcodes. It's very basic and unreasonably difficult to navigate.

I am inpressed by how easy this app is to use. I am constantly transferring things between family and different accounts and it makes that simple and easy, couldn't ask for a better banking app.

The new update to deposit your check via mobile deposit is awesome, makes it so much easier on me so I don't have to race back to the bank to deposit my checks.

Don't have menu button, can't accesses personal info to update info. can't transfer money, etc. Yes I have you the most updated version.

Making you constantly put in your username and password when you're already logged on? Go to help and instead of giving you a link to what you need to do tell you to look for the task menu which is hidden? Having to put in your email when it's already in the system when you deposit a check? Bad app.

Fix your app so I can use my finger print. Fix your app so I don't have to put my bank info again for transfers. Otherwise it's ok. Fix ur app also to send text message alerts.

Has worked absolutely perfect for me so far. Take a GOOD picture, follow instructions and ALL is well!! I... JUST have to remember to hit the ( + ) to get to the next step for mobile deposit!

Always of easy access. Any needs I have, I can get done efficiently, easily a s quickly. This app has no issues or glitches.
