I liked it in the beginning but now they've changed it to not allowing control of the savings account. No more transfering money from it to my other accounts. Horrible decision not happy with it at all now.
Update is horrible! App keeps crashing & when it doesn't, you can only sign in via the website. Why have the app?
It worked really well on my phone, but when my phone did the last update, it repels me my device is not compatible.
App says device not authorized on a new phone. It worked on the old phone. Frustrated.
This app needs fixed now, always says no connection, was working fine a few days ago.

This app never opens I need to remove and install again every time I use it was told it was my phones guess not just look at all the complaints you an an institution. Should make sure you own app. Works that a same some one needs to fix the problem

I have to attempt 3 times to open this app ALL THE TIME its always down. Don't get me wrong love the bank I just hate the app.
This app is literally the worst and first basin is the most confusing bank ever. Why is it so difficult to make a payment thru mobile and when I call to make a payment over the phone I cant!! Very frustrated.
It keeps crashing and takes forever to load. I'm about to switch banks. Now the app isn't working at all. It's ridiculous.

Terrible app, won't even let me log in. Crashes all the time. This bank isn't the greatest either, terrible customer service. Definitely gonna be switching to a different bank asap.
