The app is really nice by looking at the interface. I am worried about te security of the app. I noticed that you can logout and the press the back button which will take you back straight into the app and you can thus proceede with doing more transactions. I also can see one account though I have two
An improvement from the previous app though im not sure if its designed to terminate a session so quickly or its a bug which need to be fixed. Besides that, its generally a good app. As a user of both CBZ Touch and First Capital Bank app user, the former tops the later, but still kudos for the improvement,,great improvent indeed.
Apart from a few minor bugs, the app is way better than the internet banking platform. All saved beneficiaries from my previous account setup are all available. Plus it's an improvement over the last one. Hopefully more options will be added in time.
prefer the old app, it times out too quickly and when you do a zipit transfer, it tells you declined and yet it has gone through!!! made 3 transfers that I didn't meant to... please fix this... oh, and the font is too small...
This App is rubbish and the contact centre is as good as it shouldn't exist. App continously wants me to register when I'm already registered on mobile banking. Issue escalated to FCB IT and they failed to resolve it. They're also refusing to talk to me directly so that I give them remote access to my mobile 📱 device.
I haven't logged on since requested to download, it keeps on saying validating application forever. I feel you have a lot to do otherwise you have failed from the word go. still to be happy client.
The devolpers need to work on several anomalies affiliated with the app. Just to mention one. The fingerprint login facility is not even working.
terrible app, tried buying airtime and it gave transaction failure errors galore , only to realize it debited my account at each failure.Also times out ridiculously fast.Not to mention the barrage of text messages you are sent for just checkn your balance, if i want an sms ill request for one stop subscribing me to services i do not want.
Just by reading the reviews it's safe to say I'm not even going to use the app. I checked for developer contact and they are using a Gmail account seriously? It's unfortunate most of us were forced into First Capital at least offer proper banking services to keep us. I miss Barclays
I failed to register the first time after downloading the app. l had uninstall and down load again. The app has improved because it allows me to buy airtime and zipit
The latest update is even worse than the previous one nothing worse I'm being charged transaction fees for transactions that are being reversed because the stupid thing cant even buy airtime, later alone make transfers....
Hi. Your banking app gives a timeout error while in use. The app should register keystrokes so as to only timeout when the user has not used the app after a brief period of time. Say 3mins of inactivity
Edited to 1*, nothing working, always saying faild to validate app. if it does start, nothing works, no login, nothing. why has the developer got a EFing Gmail address? for a bank, this is a joke
I receive a txt if I check my balance on app & then charged for that? I used app not txt service. Stop creating unnecessary charges. The previous app was user friendly, its an upgrade bt u wer nt supposed to remove previous app gd services. Stop charging txts for transection done on app, m using my data y charge me? My balance shld appear as I access my app as before, so as my mini statement & don't txt the info if nt requested coz u charging me 4 service i didn't request 4.
Worst experience ever, it's even worse than a trip to hell. Wanted not to give them any star but i was forced to at least give em 1. The dont pick up calls, the dont respond to emails.
Useless! Can not be used on rooted devices... Not surprised at all. I expected that from First Capital (Barclays). Uninstalling NOW...
This app is frustrating me now. It keeps crushing and I've to reinstall it each time. Can someone fix this.
There is nees for improvement on this app, it hangs, sometimes it fails to log you out, an improvement is definitely needed.
needs serious improvement. Old app was miles ahead of this. i wish i could give this app minus stars. its just so juvenile. was it written by 1st year students?
This application was last updated a long time ago , back in April, it keeps on loading and doesn't open.
Cannot register. The process asks for an OTP that it hasn't generated. So, this is a useless facility.

It's not working on my device - device rooted error. Previous version worked well on the same device!!!!!!😖
can't see my balance at a glance...on all accounts was possible on previous app. Also loan account is not there
An improvement from the previous one but you need to add USD Nostro account services as well, only rtgs balance & services are available on the app

Aya ndomarara eApp. This thing is not user friendly and not as intuitive as the previous Barclays app.
I'm disappointed with this app. Once I punch in my OTP, instead of letting me into my account, it opens the Register page in order for me to register, when in fact I'm already a registered customer. From there I can do absolutely nothing except to press the cancel button. How frustrating. Useless app. I can do nothing with it. The old system was better.
