Will not let me open app...I un-installed, re-installed. Still won't let me open app. Please fix!! Has anyone gotten a response or a solution?

They updated the app and was unable to open it. Great update. I appreciate it.
The app is stuck on the opening screen and will not load to the log in screen.
Just did the update and it's saying my note 10 is not authorized for this device.... this app needs better.
I did the required update and it now won't open. Just says "device not authorized". HELP!
I take care of my 14yr olds account. Both our names are on the account. Still I'm not able to deposit a check using the app. Because she is a minor.

Kicks you out every time you try to open it. Even with complaints they don't bother to try to fix it. Very irritating.
Android pay or Samsung pay would be awesome
I was told to download the app because there website wasn't working threw my moble device. It locked me out. I over drew, because i couldnt check, till they unlock may account. Thank god for the usless security picture tho. So She told me to download the moble app nobody does it my way and would make it easyer to read. For some reason my phone screen is still the same size. How odd... At least on the web i could pinch gesture to make things bigger. Now i have wasted time and space installing a useless app.
I enjoy using this app with one exception. After I use mobile deposit, I cannot go anywhere else. There's no menu. I don't like using the back button because I fear of screwing something up.
It's a great app don't get me wrong. It does everything you would expect it to do. But that's the problem. The way it does it is so lackluster that I feel like I'm back in 2010. There needs to be a new UI and maybe a way to stay logged in.

So glad the first cap included us Android folks. iOS had this for a few months now, but they pulled thru for us.
Love this app
Good app, does what you want it to do with no extra flair. Only complaint is the popup about depositing the Treasury check. I feel it should not pop up before and after signing in but maybe if you choose to do a check deposit. Small beef but takes away from a perfectly fine experience.
