I have a moto play z Droid very popular phone about 5 years old. When I load up the First Chatham Bank app and click on it all it does is show me a white screen. First Chatham Bank can't help me they're 800 number can help me I need help. This is the only way I know to contact these people.
As of update 3-24-2022, will not open after clearing cache, turning phone on and off, and reinstalling 3 times.
When I sign in the app alway goes to update available and not the home screen??? I have the newest version already installed.
Once you get the app and your information correct you are well on your way
Since the update, the App constantly stops working and closes itself. It is identified, by my phone, to be unstable and wants to put it to sleep. Hopefully, it can be repaired soon.
Bugs fixed, runs much better now
This app allowed the flexibility to do my banking from the comfort of my home. With this app and the First Chatham on line banking app,, I can happily make deposits, check my balances, transfer funds, and other transactions allowed through the applications. Thank you all for your kind instructions that allowed me to successfully use these apps so that I can rest assured that my bank First Chatham Bank, is directly supporting my banking requirements. It would be an amazing app if I could deposit my checks through the app. When does that feature begin?? It has an area to to open that feature but states to call the bank, who then tells you that feature is not available.
Been a member for several years. In the process of transferring to a different bank. I have to reset my password literally every other time I try and get on the app. Not to mention the times it tells you to reset but won't let you.
This is a fantastic app offered by the absolute best bank in the world. If you don't bank here...you are making a big mistake. The app is great too...will let you manage multiple accounts and multiple cards...all from your phone.
App was working just fine until update as of 9/2. Now the app will not even open. Got no help from a representative who said that must still be updating so she didn't know what the hell she was talking about
It is a quick and user friendly . I never have a problem with the app.. If I have an issue it is usually me and the wonderful people at my branch fix it for me immediately.( Richmond Hill )
Stopped working after 8-11-21 update. Great until most recent update. Now will not load at all. Gives error saying app is experiencing problems.
The new check deposit sofware is so much better and improved. I have been able to make deposits very easily.
Jennifer Ausley is a true example of someone who makes relationships for her bank and mine. She is simply the best and is very professional and knowledgeable about all your banking needs.
I love everything about my bank. They always on top of things and let me know anytime something looks wrong. The staff is friendly and always willing to help..
I cannot use mobile deposits without calling to request it. My other bank apps give that option automatically.
Only hate the updates with no real warning about a time/date
Nothing but constant password resets, headaches, and general failures within a small, outdated local branch🙃
This app is so easy. I am very happy to know that I dont have to leave the house to run to the bank. Convenience is always a plus. Keep up the good work!
still kind of cumbersome. It should snap the shot when the check is in view.
Great app. I also use USAA and their photo taking part of app is much better amd easier. This is good though.

Good app just wish I set low balance alerts or goal alerts
Cant log on, tells me that the app is having network problem and please check my network..
Easy and fast to check your balance and move money between accounts.

Since the update it will not open I have uninstalled multiple times and reset my phone multiple times as well and still cant get the app to work, I have contacted multiple people and emailed the developer as well
