The information is not updated, it takes about 2 days for me to see my actual balance and by then it says I need to add money. Also when you call customer service you get someone that is hard to understand what there saying. The app under account information doesn't allow you to change your settings and doesn't have your name on the same page as your account number or address. I went to paying every 2 weeks to having to pay sometimes 3 times a week for the same amount I have always paid.
first time using prepaid, and was very sceptical. I signed up thinking I would give it a 1 month trial.. no deposit, 👍🏼and activate your account with only $30.00👏🏼 I love it. they send detailed DAILY text letting me know how much I used the prior day, and what my current balance is. Extremely easy to add money to your account, and you can add as little as 10.00 if your short on funds. I love my electricity provider. give it a try. im positive you will be satisfied.
I just love the fact that I can simply pay my bill without any hassle! The once ah month text alert is freaking awesome because there's no EXTRA automated calls/text. The bonus is being on the app strolling your usage, profile hell anything long as you like without a ad 🖤 Niesha Sneed
I havent been able to use this app in months. I've had to call over the phone to pay my bill. The app use to work fine but now I'm unable to log in. I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still isn't working.
You hide all the charges. Only the amount due is seen. Totally not fair. I want to see what I am being charged. How do I know if I'm being over charged????? Still not enough billing information on your website. All I ever get in a number. Nothing else. I want to see more than just a pay this amount. My bill this month is more than last month and used 1/3 less power. Seems to me I'm being over charged.
New users insight: Sign up is easy you dont have to pay when signing up you can call back or sign in and add money to your account and within 2 hours after successful payment you should be up and running. Daily usage reminders is convinent to have, access to app and webpage plus phone number till 8pm is awesome. There like on speed dial ready to take care of us :) You will never look back to another company again..
Love the app except it doesn't tell us the difference between what we actually owe and what's a credit, I paid something on the 4th then again today on the 7th because I'm not sure what's a credit and what's a bill... I wish the app would tell us.... I'm moving in 9 days and any bit of extra money is helpful...
I've tried many times to use this app it will not install on my phone. I called for Help From First Choice power company and they sent me to some girl who knew nothing about it and referred me to Google Play fix it I went through all the technical fixes and got nowhere it still will not install on my Samsung S9 plus can anybody help please.
this is a horrible app, it does not allow you to view any details about your bill. If you enrolled in paperless billing, and you want actual information, you have to call them or go to their website. And the website is even worse than the app. I'm switching from this company because of this fact. I am so sick of not being able to get information that I need in order to be sure that I'm not being over billed buy them or encore. You should be able to view your bill online.
It used to workgreat, but ever since the update I cant ever log in to it. I half to try numerous times through our the day and it's a hit and miss if I can log in
I can't login despite putting in the correct details. It just says error. I've sent a message about it and got nothing. It seems I'll have to stick to the site.
i need the system to be updated because i always get an error loading each time i try to login and then customer service does not know to fix the issue.
Payment online,log-ins works great, but text message usage updates two days late,and to check daily usage doesn't work.would give it 5 stars if those are fixed,would love it if those are taken care of
this app is the worse!!! a complete waste of time. never works properly and i always have to end up calling customer service. cant make payment cant do anything. like the company i hate this app
Takes a few minutes to figure out the payment sequence, especially if you have saved cards; once you know how to choose...easy as pie...lol
App is handy at times but tells me all the time that I am signed up for SMS alerts but I don't receive them. Also I have yet to be able to view daily usage
Fast, easy, affordable and extremely convinient. They always inform me of everything via email.
Will not let me log in. Ive cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled still wont work. Now i cant even pay on the website. Rediculous!
Nice company it can be a little confusing at times but i like it overall. Glad i made the switch.
This is the best electric company i've ever used EVER! Tell me how I went from, on average, having a $250/month light bill to a $75/month light bill! This company is the real deall! No joke!
I like the app only problem I've made 2 payments and still can't see how much energy I'm using i can only see how much i used the last 2 months not what I'm using day to day
The app is ok. It would be nice to have this app tell you about your daily usage or at least weekly usage.

Iv used this app for years now it won't let me open page what's going on .I have also restarted still don't work.
Not my First Choice. Horrible horrible platform. I cannot login to their website. The app will not let me save any changes. Only option is to call and go through the process and hope you don't get hung up on. They are in the 80's, technology wise. Customer support is worthless. But miss a payment because you can't make a payment and their automated system calls you right away.
