Love it! Easy quick and manageable!
Very easy to use and reliable
I bank at FCB, which is only in Iowa and MN, and this app is a lifesaver. I can sign on anytime, use my thumb print I stead of a password, make transfers and pay bills easily. So happy this app is available. Highly recommend.
Doesnt load transaction details ever unless closed out completely, closed on task manager then reopened. Not a smooth app at all.
Doesn't let you log in. Have to uninstall app then reinstall. Wait for a text with code to get back into account. Very frustratrating and inconvienant.
Thia app is easy to use. No delays. I can check all my accounts in real time. I never thought I would like online banking so much!
I had trouble setting up my account online, but after calling thre 1800 #, they helped me get everything right. Now I can log in and out without it being process

This application is very user friendly and easy to use. I use it to transfer money from one account to another. Used the pop money function to send money to my son in Colorado. This application is for the 7 branches in Iowa and 1 in Mora, MN. I would highly recommend it.

Love not having to go to bank to deposit checks, since we no longer have a bank in town. Very unhappy about that situation!

Not First Citizens Bank! This app is a phishing app for the real First Citizens Bank app (logo has red white and blue). I changed my password immediately from the real app after removing this POS!
