Why have biometrics or a password to login if every single time you still have to answer your security questions? UPDATE 09-24-21: Now I can't sign in at all. Update 12-20-21: Again the apps offer biometrics, but doesn't use the feature. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO USE A FEATURE THEN DON'T OFFER IT!!! Also why does a banking app have ads? I have Chase bank as my personal bank and their app doesn't have ads. And again this app has crashed. I open it and it just stays on the startup screen.
I'm not sure what's going on with this app but o had it for quite a while an now its giving me problems I can't log into it... when I do I'm getting a SSL error about time an date I fix it and it still doing the same thing I uninstalled the app an downloaded it again same thing I followed the instructions on what to do still no luck... all I know is it better not have messed up my accounts or been hacked... first time this ever happened... Im going to call the bank in the morning.
(Update... The most recent update fixed the biometric login for me, so I'm upping my score.) Biometric login has been broken for a bit now (user and password login still works). The app has been good previously.
I am getting an SSL error every time I open the app telling me the date and time is incorrect. I have uninstalled the app then reinstalled. Reboot my phone. And looked for updates. How do I fix this?
I can't sign in at all no matter what I've tried, before I had no problem but now it's just ugh 🤮! Please fix it Update: Never mind, it's been fixed and everything is running smoothly
App needs a lot of work it's coded like it's from the 90s if you're trying to do Mobile Banking make your damn app functional and more user-friendly this is probably why people don't go to you for bank accounts it's been a joke since the day I open the my account constant crashes on the app getting locked out having to call no weekend service seriously outdated practices I'm too freaking upgrade also no service on the weekend now that's just idiotic
the only bad part i really frown on with this bank/app is the Overdraft Protection. Its not available by app or by phone;and when you do set it up it takes 90DAYS! what happens when theirs an emergency, or at the store god forbid a probation of 90days just to be charged a $35 fee for someone. Shameful
Usual very good app but sometimes especially on weekends have challenges with password and have to reset them. Wish there was help on evenings and weekends
Shows balances allows transfers between accounts payments and other services including check deposit App is clean and organized once you get used to menu system. Recent update fixed biometrics bug.
Does not work well, unreliable. Absolutely obnoxious to ask for a password and multiple "secret question" answers every time you want to log in.
This mobile banking app is horrible, keeps crashing, can't login, and it just continuously loads. FIX THIS PLEASE!
It's kind of ridiculous that you can't make a mortgage payment from app and that they actually charge a fee to to pay your mortgage electronically.
My experience has been very good. I Love the convenience of this app! It allows me to check my account balance at any time or day that I want. 😊💜
For me it's great, because I'm not very computer savy! I can see all account and make transfers by just the tap of a finger ☺

I have been banking with FCFCU for my entire life. Very grateful for their fantastic customer service and ability to help their account holders.
I hate this app so bad alway something wrong with it why is it stuck at the loading screen ever time I enter my password to look at my bank accound
Often doesn't deposit checks. Takes a very long time.
Mobil check deposits could be more efficient I've had 3 different checks rejected and had to go into the bank to deposit them 4 towns away

Absolutely horrendous app. Most notably, the mobile deposit feature is the biggest pile of garbage used in a long time. I tried about 30 times to deposit a check. Tried different lighting, angles, backgrounds. Cleaned my lens, smoothed the check, restarted the app. Nothing worked, and I kept getting different errors! As someone who isn't near a union, and during peak coronavirus, the fact that I can't deposit my paycheck is absolutely infuriating. Will be switching where I keep my money ASAP.
