The app crashes all the time. Never allows you to log in and isn't made to run on higher versions of Android. Try following Royal Bank of Canada app outline. You can't pay a bill, print statements, make transfers outside of your account; Basically nothing of importance can be done with this app, you will still need to log in online. It's basically a glorified balance checker.

App is not updated regularly, is unable to process online payments. This app is a glorified balance checker. Can even use it to use my FCB account to pay an FCB credit card. They have a new app on the way that is better, but doesn't support the Android back button, and stops your phone from automatically entering login details for you. That new app is similarly unable to show recent/instantaneous credit card transactions.

App works fine. Not alot of down time. But I think by now we should've been able to make payments. Also another huge plus would've been if the app does notifications for transactions such as withdrawals etc. The options have the phone but get nothing. Heard Apple gets these notifications. So would've like if android gets this as well.

I downloaded this app the middle of this year and since then nothing has been upgraded. I have since uninstalled it, its a waste of my time and space..... I cannot transfer money between banks nor can I make payments. Sorry to say but its useless. Other banks can transfer and make payments and we can do them while aboard. FCB online banking app need to step into the 21st century. Backward!

Everytime I try to sign in it says "invalid username or password". And I'm NOT putting in the wrong password because I am able to sign in on a web browser. I called the customer service and we deduced something is wrong with this app. FCB please update this up.

Since after the last update, I am unable to sign in to my account. I deleted it and reinstalled it, after I got in once, but then Failure after. It keeps saying I'm "offline" TECHs at FCB, please FIX!!!!

always getting messages such as user not recognized or Invalid account. always bumping me off. constantly having to uninstall and reinstall. app hasn't been updated in 2 years! now I log into my browser and do what I need to do. Just uninstalled for the last time!!!

I still have to login online to perform simple transfers like payee etc. This app hasn't even been updated in 3 years. Real time transactions are an absolute mess,wrong date, wrong time, very slow. Come on fcb do better please! Till then I will delete this app and use the website

This app crashes alot, I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling this app. It won't allow me to sign in and real time alerts are very slow. This app needs alot of work.

You guys really need to improve on the real time transaction history...and the details of the transaction...for example if it's a loan payment or from a merchant...where and the time the purchase was made.

Has become a completely useless app. Can't even log in anymore with it and the app itself don't even say what the issue is. And it's a water of tube trying you call them. Wish I can give half star add it don't even deserve that single star rating.

Its only decent enough to see your accounts basically. Cant do anything besides that. C'mon fcb. Step it up. Let's be able to transfer funds to payees instead of having to access the website. What's the tech department getting paid for

good app for easy access. However takes too long to approve login credentials. Need real time credit card balance feature as internet banking.

Sign in doesn't work. It tells me "USER DOES NOT EXIST". It also has very limited features, and I still have to go to the website. Horrible! Try Again FCB.

You all need to do alot better than this with your app. I want to be able to transfer money from my debit to credit card. I want to be able to pay bills and so on right here from my mobile device. Why do I have to go online do do this??? PLEASE UPGRADE 😒

App needs more functionality, GUI is very outdated, could be modernized and remove ads. Reference RBC's app for excellent design and functionality.

Not the best experience, can't transfer to my prepaid card I have to repeatedly enter pin and password in the same session.

It was basic, but it worked. Until it didn't. Not the best especially since you still have to log on a computer to do anything other than checking your accounts

App started working and just stopped. saying that my id or password was incorrect and then stated that I'm offline. waste of space on a phone.

FCBTT can you please upgrade your app to offer bill payment and more options, it would really be appreciated. its time this most needed feature be added

Great! Should be able to deposit funds into 3rdvparty accounts but it's great despite that. No hiccups. Very good security.

I am unable to log in.... nothing is wrong with my user ID. App is constantly crashing.

FIRST IT WAS INVALID USERNAME OR PASSWORD.... SIGNED INTO THE WEBSITE AND IT WORKED... WENT IN THE BANK AND OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT AND NOW ITS TELLING ME YOU HAVE BEEN SIGNED OUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO ACTIVE ACCOUNTS!! SOMEONE NEEDS TO HELP ME OTHERWISE I'LL HAVE TO UNINSTALL AND NEVER USE.

This app give so much problems at times and of recently as in the last 3 weeks it has been completely useless.

App is alright, what would make this app even better is the ability to view credit cards and debit mastercards.

The app doesn't work with updated android versions. Plz update the app.

Only good for account balance. Its 2019 we need to do transfers. FCB fix it please

I keep getting promted from my phone stating this app needs to be updated. The last update for this app was 2017. Can someone look into this?
