TERRIBLE TO DIFFICULT COMPLICATED APP. ITS SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT EASIER NOT MORE COMPLICATED & STRESSFUL FOR REAL. SHUT IT DOWN FIX ALL THE ISSUES DON'T JUST GIVE THE BEST SERVICES UNTIL THE APP IS COMPLETELY DESIGNED FOR CONSUMERS NOT TO HAVE NO DIFFICULTY OR ISSUES WITH THIS UNUSEFULL APP CAUSES STRESS....

Drivers charge higher than the price given on the app. Call the base and they give the right price and the driver argues with the base.
They are on time and the staff are great
There're exceptions to the rule, but most of their drivers have not respect for the passengers, their don't really care whether is a lady or children whom their taken on, the way they speak, the music they turn on, the radio program they sintonice, are, to say the least, very offensives, and when you ask them to turn it off, what their do is just low the volume a little bit. You should take better care of your customers if you want 2 keep them. But, unfortunately, they are not the only one with this problem
While the driver was driving he was on his phone on the red lights and while car was moving.... not really safe for me and my two toddlers
This app is the icing on the cake to THE best car and limo service available in the Tri-state area, with expertise in the City, the outer Burroughs, the Heights, Inwood. Good, timely service, clean decent looking cars, everyone has license and Insurance. A winner all around.
When you call the taxi using this app the taxi take another person without confirm if it is the real caller

On time once, on occassion when reservation was done driver calls to harrasse to come down earlier. Sometimes they would not show up and not call to give enough ample time for youvto call for another car.. It is rare if I complain. This car service is NOT realable nor responsible.

If u paying cash they come 2.5 sec but if u paying with ur debit card they take so long. Not everyone carry cash. Also the app crashes a lot.
