Had to delete this app. The same issue I had with the old version continued to the new one. I keep getting notifications for stuff I don't care about or ask for. This time around I only set it up to receive severe weather alerts because it's hurricane season and I don't have local channels right now. For the last 2 hours I get repeated Jags game updates that I DO NOT CARE ABOUT. Then random other notifications started creeping in. I'm done until this is fixed.
They're updated the app and removed the traffic map. It's nearly impossible to find a specific topic besides weather, and there's no direction to the app; just scrolling through random subjects like Facebook. I promptly uninstalled after the format changed.
The old app let me show only the weather radar and forecast at startup. It quit working and the new one starts up with news and I have to go through several menus to get weather radar. Don't like the new one very clumsy.
What happened to the radar version? FCN use to have direct access to weather prompt, visually intuitive radar, informative, and concise forecast. Now i have to go thru a cluster of news & other useless features before getting to view the weather. U just went back ten years & lost my interest.
Bring back the weather app. It was my go to for the radar and weekly weather. I'm not going to flip through all the news articles to get that when I need it. I'll just use another app which may not be as good but when I need to see the radar that's all I want to see at the time. Not a good move to take that away from a customer point of view.
The app is no longer updating. Not sure when it quit working but was within the last two to three days. you can see the radar but there's no information on sites such as daily forecast or weekly forecast
Everything about the app is fine except the notifications... it keeps spoiling local sporting events I've recorded to watch later with constant score updates even though I've turned off all sports notifications.
Best app for Jax, FL news others have buffering probs. Plus great notifications!!
Always my third choice for news in Jacksonville. Many stale articles. Many articles repeat several times under different headings. Occasionally a story not covered by the other two.
My favorite weather radar for years. Also very quick to alert you to severe weather. My daughter moved out of state and still uses this site instead of her local weather station, that's how much we like it.
What the heck happened to the FCN weather app?! It stopped working...now its just gone! I ditched The-Weather-Channel last year, it had become so pathetically politicized and add-a-tized, where did the weather go??...Please bring back the FCN Weather App! It was the most dependable weather source for Brunswick and the Georgia coast!
The WORST! I WANT MY OLD WX APP BACK! It takes forever to get to the active radar map. Perhaps you should have Beta Tested with your viewers. App is a mish-mosh of difficult to get to info. Not good when you want WX quickly!
Seeking a news media app that provide both sides and even a neutral side and it's not all red or blue. Really enjoy it so far.
It's frustrating when you click on a story it starts to play and then it goes to an Ad! Why? Play the Ad and the the story...
Reliable. I've had no issues after using for over a year. Like the breaking news notifications as well.
I prefer the earlier version, now it's closer to NFJAX. I switch to you before since it was better and now it's a toss up. However you update during the weekend better and I don't see the same news until Monday
Recently, FCN was the only station that responded to a critical message regarding the screening checkpoints on Florida's highways. Thank you FCN! You will always be my first choice for everything!!
Too many ads to find the news. I had to use new 4 you to find out about 30dy ban to visit nursing homes. When I called to confirm with my parents home. They stated that was an extension from the 2wk ban already in place. Well, hell that was news to me. Why arent you reporting it!!!
I chose to get alerts only on weather. All day I have received alerts about everything on the current news. If it keeps up I will delete this app
I keep getting notifications for topics I have turned off. Way too many notifications about sports. I'm about to uninstall at this point.
Best app to stay informed. Ads are well placed with an option to view or skip. Thank you.

Slow, hard to navigate, HATE the new traffic map...wish I'd not installed update.
Weather is horrible the old app was super easy to use. Please bring back the old weather app.

The previous weather app was a 10, great app. Without notice you stopped it. I excepted the new app, assuming it would be similar to the original. New app force's all the chaos news in my face, while the weather side of the app (my preferred side) is nearly a lost effort. The overall app in my opinion, is a 2. If its possible to create two different apps, one for people who want the weather and one for the chaos. Im thinking they would be more desirable.
