I am unable to log into this app for some reason.
I'm prompted to download a new version when I attempt to sign in but Google playstore only finds the "old" version.
I'm having the same issues that others are having. It's telling us to update with a new version app, Google play does not have the latest version. I can't sign in to my account via mobile
I haven't been able to log into this app for months. I called the bank and they told me to reinstall. I did but that didn't help. Totally worthless.
As of today, am prompted to load updated app, but google play store does not have the new version. Unable to log in.
Cannot login with the current version and there is no new version (as suggested during failed login)! Complete SNAFU on part of 1st Command Bank. Simply embarrassing.
The app was working yesterday and now asks for an update that doesn't exist. Fix your stuff!
This was no use, I couldn't get the `new`version and am unable to get into my account.
As of today o was promoted to download the newest app. Google play does not have it. Can't access my bank.
I am only getting 3 stars to this application for their lack of updating services. for God's sake if you're going to run an application that supposed to be used on smartphones you need to keep up with the times. I've had my new phone for 4 months and they still haven't updated it so that my phone can be used in the service. everything else works except for the deposits on demand which is the primary reason I use this application.
Says I need to download an update, but there is no update in play store. Please help!

I can't access my account, due to Goggle play not having the newer app version. Can someone answer why this is occurring? Somebody...
Having issues tranfering money between my accounts. Will not let me verify that I want the transfer to occur. The verify button is missing.
After first install, wouldn't let me log on. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now shows me accounts, but cannot deposit. After pic of front of check it tells me it experienced a problem. I need the app primarily for deposits. Catch up to 2017.
This app is garbage and won't even allow me to log in after reinstalling. Probably will be best to stop banking with them.
App has been down for 2 weeks now. Uninstalled, re-installed, no joy. When it works it's a great app.
Every month or so I have to uninstall the reinstall due to the finger print not working.
Fingerprint option doesn't work. Please fix!!! Thanks. Love everything else!!!
Can't login a even after several cache deletes and several uninstall-reinstallments
This software has gotten much better. However, server response time is still too slow. 30 sec between screens. Very annoying when you have fast Internet (tested on both WiFi and 4G VZW). Speed up the back end for 5 stars.
Works well for transactions and balance inquiries, but I wish I could update profile information.
I haven't been able to log into this app for over 6 months. C'mon, man.
