I'd give a 5 star rating if it would work for more than 3 or 4 logins and then become inoperable. when it works it is great but I've had to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to use it each time. Edit: I uninstalled the old version and reinstalled the new one and now it won't even sign in at all. Keeps coming up with an authentication error. Edit: this app has been error free for a while now. Back to 5 stars. Everything is working properly.

First I would like to say.. I'm glad there is an app. but it is slow in loading and when I am looking through my transactions or trying to complete a task, it just stops and goes back to the log in page.. so so annoying. Also, I linked my accounts, but it does not give you an option to unlink them.. and I tried to link my childs account so I can easily transfer money to them, but the app decided it did not want to complete that task. It definately needs work.

Although this app is easy to navigate, well once it ooens and you can get it to stay open!!!! Ever since the last update and their notice abiut Android phones experiencing issues it has been nothing but a PAIN!!!!! With tidays technologies there is NO reason this app should be force closing everytime i try amd use it. Now that they have issed an update, I'm again enjoining this app. i can do everything thru the app I can do on line with less time involved. Sad it took so long to figure out a fix

It hasn't worked for me since the update. it said Samsung Galaxy s9 phones may not be able to access the app & it was still being worked on. I've been told (by FCCU) to uninstall & reinstall and that it was working for my phone type. Here we are 2 weeks later & I still can't get into the app. It sucks.

I have the app to check my balance and do mobile uploads since the closest branch is over 30mi away. But mobile upload is seemingly unavailable as the screen just has a spinning circle on it. The app needs an update or something to fix the bug.

well I am updating this app review on January 30th. they said they updated on January 15th, so I uninstalled the old version and installed the newer version , but I have no change in the problems with this app. it will not let me log in. still the same as it was before a piece of junk and useless. thiss was a great app until it updated oh, now I cannot log in without restarting my phone and even then it does not always work or takes forever. Please fix your app , it's useless with the update

This Credit Union and app are absolutely horrible!!! I'll change this if they ever shape up, they have been very cold to me, and the app will cancel transactions after time, then give you funds back, so you spend it not noticing, and then the company hita again and you overdraft! Absolutely rediculous! They have taken so much money from me through this little 'issue', and will not refund the majority of it. Im having to Lyft and miss time from family to dig out. :( Thank God I can do that!

The app is great, but when using the fingerprint scanner to log in, once or twice a month it will just stop showing up anymore and you have to go back through the settings to re enable it. Please fix.

I'm very frustrated with the app. More times than I can count I have not been able to access it. It just doesn't log in. I've uninstalled it and then reinstalled it. I always try but usually have to check my banking in a web browser. I guess today is my lucky day as I got in.

worked perfectly fine for the first couple of months that I had it. I have not changed phones and it all of a sudden refuses to login. I have deleted it and reinstalled and it still won't work. I have a S9 Plus

I use the browser typically but wanted to deposit a check so I got the app. The app would be great if it worked. It just spins and spins and doesn't allow me to access the mobile deposit page. I have full strength wifi so it is not my issue. It would be nice to have things that work. I used to not use the app previously because it refused to ever validate me and let me in. Now years later I try again. No use. Learn to make a running app that works.

Got stuck at login screen ("loading" forever) on my Samsung Galaxy phone after recent software update. The app was great before the recent "update". update on 1/7/2019: stopped working again today after worked sporadically for a few days (timed out after logged in for a minute). Now got stuck at login screen forever again. please revert back to previous app, it worked reliably before the recent "update". 1/9/19 still stuck at login screen.

The Mobile Upgrade does not work with my Android phone! Previous versions were excellent. The overall peeformance of the financial institution has been excellent. This mobile upgrade is VERY disappointing!!!!!!

11-7. So the have updated and fixed the issues I was having previously. However after whatever the did yesterday I can not submit a mobile deposit. Past resp: I do not know what they did but I am unable to log in at all with this. I'm with the other people might be looking for a new bank if they cant read these comments and fix the issues.

It has become complete garbage. Nothing works, no desktop site. Just brings you here. Can't deposit checks any more. Needs to catch up with other banking sites. I've used this app for years and have never had issues. Now it's garbage.

Absolutely awful app! Inaccurate amounts always shows that I'm negative in the bank everytime I deposit money but it said I had available funds but, when I go to the office and talk to a representative, call a rep at customer service line, and go to the website on the computer it shows that I have money in the bank and did not go over at all. Please fix the issues on your app to avoid panic and upsetting your clients who are trusting you with their money.

The app has long loading times. It always takes a few minutes to update balances. Otherwise, it's very user friendly and the text alerts help keep track of balances.

easy to use, no crashing... pretty much all I need from a banking app. only trouble I've had is linking my husband's account with mine. I have to keep doing single transfers but if I take time to call customer svc I'm sure they'd help.

Horrible experience since last update. I had to reinstall to even be able to login, and once I was able to login, the app was logging me out every few seconds while checking transactions...FCCU needs to fix it's e- problems

i downloaded this app yesterday. This app is terrible. I cant deposit checks due to error messages, I cant verify accounts to deposit money. What's the point of the app if you cant deposit money into the account from an outside source. Update: Customer service was very nice and helped me determine why I couldn't deposit the check.

As I have been a member over 10 years with First Commerce. I have decided to leave. They have declined so much over the years. I cant deal with the system glitches and errors and not feeling valued as a member. I recently went over on my account by .93 and was charged 32.00 fee. That doesnt sound reasonable and when I called I was told I received the one time courtesy but it was removed due to a system error and it charged me 3 times so all of them were removed. it had been working now it's not even though I don't know it says slow internet slow speed mining is going fast and there's not a problem I'm watching YouTube and watching the field and I put it all on plugs just so I could check on my account account it's not connecting now! BTW, You HAVE TO HAVE $300.00 daily!! 52 week's!! 362(+1) a year!!! Otherwise you can NOT use the Mobile Checking Deposit!!!! Etc.

Doesn't stay up to date. Stopped telling you your availability at the top. Doesn't put pending stuff up and a year of no digital banking afa whole 2 months of it working. I've been with this bank for 14 years and it's an hour drive the the nearest branch. They also have failed to get two of my card to me. I'm looking into other banks this week. Yes, I have updated the app. Deleted and reinstalled it. And spoke to the bank. I'm sick of it. I never thought I'd leave this bank...

After an update that crashed the app for Android users and caused me to drop my star total to 1, I'm glad to report all is good again! Back to 5 star service!! Works great, really like the fingerprint log in feature.
