This app is the worst app I have in my phone. I constantly have to reconfirm by text that I'm signing in and I can't change any of my own information. So when I changed my number I could no longer sign in because it would send the confirmation code to my old number. Very inconvenient and a pain just to check my balance
The app is working great! I heard others saying they had problems in the past. Seems IT got them worked out. It's working great for me. It's always a learning curve when you get a new app. Work with it and figure it out. Very convenient.
To get fingerprint working again turn the option on and off in the settings, no idea how long that will last though. Still have sign in problems wanting in to constantly confirm my identity. While it's fine every once and a while, every week gets annoying
Keeps telling me to update but there's no update. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still says I need to update. Getting really frustrating because I don't always have desktop access and keep having to send passcodes to my phone
It falsely claims that your phone is rooted simply because you have software associated normally with a rooted/jailbroken device. And will not allow you to use the app.
The app has worked fine, but now they keep screwing me over and they don't have 24 hour customer service. Time to go back to a real bank. Not some little local thing.
I love this bank, & everyone that I have dealt with has been ultimately helpful, kind mannered, they are true & honor their word, or contract's.. This is A Far better bank than other's that I have used, such as The~{FNBT or FBC}, they don't honor their contracts, or Arvest Bank~ even, They break their contracts without notice, They seem to be misleading In their advertisement ads, the Contract's & I have used several different banks throughout my life, & I prefer this one over any other...
I love First Community Bank, and this app makes handling my financial affairs do easy to do. I can check my balance, transfer money from one account to the other, and keep up with transactions in real time. Love this app!
Always glitches, doesnt function properly, would rather change banks just to have an app that works.
The app is hit and miss for signing in. I've had to uninstall and reinstall a few times lately to get it to work. Right now I'm trying to get it to work again.
Sucky app. Needs updated! Use once or twice and then starts up to blank screen. Then have to uninstall and install again for it to work.
Constantly needs reauthorization sometimes it dosent even work. Wish I could see my pending deposits. Needs 24/7 customer service so when it does lock me out at 7pm I can check my balance when I'm sitting at sonic and my card gets declined because a transaction magically disappears and I have more money in my account at 4 then at 7 it comes back out of my account and overdrafts me.
I like how,easy it is to.login and tranfer money to another account but i wish it had option on ther to dispute charges and told u more detail about the charges. And an option to get cash back rewards from spending money
I love the app. but I always have to uninstall and redownload. it is annoying takes a lot of time.
Constant glitches. Constant verification required. Fingerprint only works a few times.
At this point I'm not too happy with it. It keeps telling me that my password is invalid, but I just logged into my computer no problem. This will be the second time I've had to uninstall the app in one week.
Signing in is a pain. The biometrics option is messed up. I set it lasts for a few days then I have to reset it again.
I cannot open app most of the time I when I can't it will not let me use any other apps within yet since the update I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times does not work
Works less than half the time. Keeps saying reauthorization needed. Biotech will not stay on it. Locks my account.
With the exception of re varification every so often it's very easy to use. Recommend writing down log in info.
This app has been truly a life saver. Being able to swap between accounts on the fly is helpful in emergency situations.
Camera capture for deposits are janky and I get locked out of the app quite a bit.
Was good.. Until the biometrics stopped working and the issue hasn't been resolved still.
Lately I can not open app it just continues to close and not let me in. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

The app was fine for a long time, but suddenly stopped letting use my biometric sign-on to log into my account. I would fix it but it only lasts for a week or sometimes less and I have to fix it all over again. I set up that feature for fast convenience but the app stopping me from using it so often is self defeating. With being forced to sign in manually so often, I have to ask why I even have the mobile app? I can put my information in on the website on my laptop just as easy.
