NOT starting off on the right foot! FCB bought out Highlands Union who I've been with for 10+ years. I frequently use their mobile app. Downloaded this app and you apparently need to hire new IT people to bring your bank app into the modern era. Takes forever to load basic view. Does not even offer a quick view option which is a BASIC app option for other banks and credit card companies. If this app doesn't improve significantly quickly, it will be a deal breaker for me and I will leave FCB.
I've seen better apps, but this one does get occasional updates, and is getting better. The sign up procedure is a bit over complicated and causes more problems than is necessary. But, once you're hooked up, its a great way to do your banking. 😎
Extremely simple app..once you are able to log in... But is missing some pretty major things. Like where is my routing number and account number? If I don't receive checks how am I supposed to know what my direct deposit information is? What if I need the account number and routing number to put into another account to transfer money? I really like that the app has fingerprint access. Helps with security. Call the bank for username & password. In order to log into the account the first time.
Can't set up fingerprint login (despite having set it up before, it somehow forgot...), screen says Processing and stays that way. Can access basic bank info. Nothing special.
it is pretty convenient, & if were fully upgraded so u could just use the app for everything, would rather ons5 of having to use the website at all. i believe some of the other comments simply don't know how 2 read/use it (the app) correctly. it clearly shows pending/available balance & transactions. do wish was more polished (app). seems like the app was thrown out for testing, & left at that lol. needs 2 b polished/upgraded as said above👌. then would be 💯🤙
The app completely stopped working today. It is stating that I do not have an internet connection when I definitely do. if it is not fixed soon, then this Bank should justifiably lose a lot of business, including mine.
App keeps telling me my password or account # is incorrect. I have to keep calling fcb and having them reset it. Was told its an issue with the app. Happening every 3-4 days.
If history repeats itself then I will be unable to access my checking account. I don't know about this phone as of yet but had numerous other phones in the past that stop working and unable to access my account provided to me from the bank
good app but it has a bug. when you go to exit it just keeps looping back to the main picture page and won't exit.
Never ending loop of girl and dog pic. No way to log in. I took it off my tablet and phone. Please work on this. That app worked fine until a few days ago.
Never had any issues until tonight and now it's saying I'm not connected to the internet even tho my Mobile data and wifi are both on and I'm no having any trouble with any other apps
Use to be great until what ever the last update did. Now it constantly says User canceled fingerprint sign in. Sometime twice or more before I can sign in.
Can anyone help? The app was working just fine until yesterday evening. Now every time I try to log in it says service failure. Ugh
will not work. Just keeps showing the picuture of the girl with the dog over and over like a slideshow. nothing loads. rubbish.
App now only works when connected to an INTERNET connection and says "forbidden" when trying to check via DATA connection...really?!
no other banking app requires you to "allow this app to make phone calls" i just want to check my account not give you permission to mess with my phone and contacts
Everytime I reset the password, the next day it says its incorrect. Have to either call the bank or go to the bank to fix it. Very frustrating!!!
This app has not worked correctly.for me log on kicks me out all the time and the mobile deposit wont let me ever deposit a paycheck from work or anyplace else always tells me ive deposited too much even whem the bank managers have uped the deposit limit it wont let me its extreemly aggrivatimg me if would.work right would be.very greatful amd benifiting to me
Good job. New update and now the app doesn't work. I guess if it works, work on it till it doesn't.
The app doesn't work half the time and the other half it's under Maintenence. Get yourself a better bank.
Keeps locking me out after several resets! Still can't check my acct!! Grrrr

Worst app ever! I like the bank but am going to look elsewhere be cause the app is terrible!
It would be nice if you please update this so we all can use all the features in the app,
App keeps crashing, never seems to work
Been with FCB for about 6 years and after getting charged random fees for the last 5 years, I switched to Capital One 360 Checking. Couldn't be happier. This app doesn't function half the time and your account is never "up-to-date" after making a purchase. Takes 3 days or so to actually see what you have in the bank
