Ever since it updated i am unable to log in. Constantly have to change password. Does not feel secure anymore. Had no problems before 2 weeks ago. Keep being told i am putting my information is wrong even though i am using the same information. I do have to change password every 6 months. Please fix this issue so the app is once again easy to navagate
Horriable app, constantly asks for your password, always has to send verification texts, constantly asks for you to enroll your phone number, fingerprint scan wont work because they have to verify you EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU USE THE APP! 1 STAR only because i cant give a zero!
Its a good bank little out of date and could use a little design do over in looks. But the service is very secure.. Thanks for keeping it tight
It fails to login and then I have to keep trying again. It makes me worry, then when I finally login my account is fine but it's irritating because the app doesn't work.
Constantly having to send a passcode, never saves ID or passcode. Total junk banking app.
Many updates since most reviews. Zelle, mobile deposit, loan calculators, bill pay, transfer between accounts, and find nearby locations and contact info.
I can make big deposits, it doesnt crash so far and its about on par with every other bank app, now if they can start supporting android/apple pay it would be golden
TOTAL GARBAGE Updated app.., and now it crashes upon launch every time. Will not load at all !!
Horrible. will load for a couple,three months and then becomes worthless.have to take my phone to the bank and have them change password and I d. bad for business.disappointing

Has gotta alot better with updates but I still get locked out of my account at times and I have alot of trouble changing the password

Why can't I update my information from the app? It's a little old fashioned but as long as I can see my balance I guess I'll be ok.
i got a new phone and app wont work on my new phone. there is no excusr for this. considering leaving bank.

This app is horrible!
Why do I have to keep putting my password information in every time? I've changed the settings to be fingerprint or four digit pw but still keeps making me 'authenticate'. Not fast or efficient AT ALL.
The app had worked only a handful of times in all the time I had it, even after having to uninstall and redownload it multiple times. My biggest problem has been logging in, which I can't. It either refuses to recognize my username, or it makes me answer a bunch of stupid questions before rejecting my login attempt entirely. Great bank, terrible app.
App constantly goes down. Telling me try to again later. Have to uninstall it and log back in just to check my account. It's a pain.
Tried again today, 3 years later this is still an accurate review.... Can't even log in with the new app... Supply it the correct credentials, hit continue, and nothing.... Nothing at all. Is this really your app, First community? Starting to wonder if was my account just compromised by a spoofed banking app.
Says needs update but no way to update only open, hit open and says needs update.

I really love First Community Bank, but the online experience is disappointing. The app won't let me log in. It doesn't work when I try to update it. And why in the world does this app need access to EVERYTHING on my phone?

I am so sick of this app not accepting mobile deposits, im constantly getting calls every time cause it's not in the "box" when it definitely is. Fix this peace of junk. And second it takes way to long for the check to clear.
